On mobile just fly to the green ob then if uni boi isnt there fly to nearby big rocks on swamp tidy save. Return to check ob. Repeat till uni boi spawn.

You should be able to tame them with griff kibble and giga kibble!

I found one on carnivore island and I tried taming it but 1kept getting killed then it ran away :(

So i just started playing in ark mobile brutal, i found a level 30 unicorn while im still level 6, im f happy coz u know, thats a f rare to see creature. So i happily grabbed like 20 rockarrots and when i try to tame it, it wont eat the rockarrots. So i go to dododex and read that he can only be eat by griffin kibble in mobile. I mean bro, wth? Thats not f good

Sad days... so I found one, took it too a safe place (my base) and then got my griffins to breed and get an egg. I made the griffin kibble and got a soothing balm. After giving him the soothing balm, all was well until I fed him the kibble, he instantly died.

As if I fed him poison. He just died, all is not lost however, I can still revive him. For 200 amber 😭

Unicorn will not eat or let you mount it. You are a mobile player. Here is the problem. You HAVE to sneak up on it. Leave render distance so that it will calm down. When you return drop to the grown using the crouch button well away from the unicorn. Slowly belly crawl your way toward it so that it does not see you. Ghille can help you blend in but is not necessary. When you sneak up on the unicorn, wait until you are prompted to feed it. Have the griffin kibble and soothing balm in your hot bar before sneaking up. When prompted to feed it then you go to your hot bar while targeting it and feed it with the kibble and balm. You now have a unicorn! Eat it’s poop. 🙂

bro I wish us mobile users can at least use amber to feed these like 3 or something like that.

For anyone not getting how to calm it on console when you’re on its back and it keeps throwing you off: Dismount and mount on it as fast as you can - You gotta make sure to have the food in the last slot of your hotbar of course- then it’ll show you the taming process in the bottom right of your screen

I was looking for giga at griffin mountain when I saw one I took it with my quetz to my base and then I took 149 carrots and soothing balm when i tried to tame it was saying need taming food to tame! When I checked dododex I found that it only tameable with griffin kibble on mobile gladly I didn't use the soothing balm so I killed it

hope you get lucky with a unicorn and a tape in your save its a little straght where a green ob is if you live in southwest

They are literally gold, Weak and a bit useless but considered in high demand.

If you don’t know they’re the same as Equus In stat Based, Basically finding an High level one is an absolute close to impossible. Yet if you still find them impressive.

I was on my argy looking for an Obie in the snow and I saw a unicorn!!!! I picked it up, halfway to my base and BOOM, THE GAME FRICKING CRASHED! IT PUT ME TO WHERE I LAST SAVED AND COULDNT FIND THE UNICORN EVER AGAIN!

I found a male Max level with NO danger around. Ark has blessed me today because now I have a max level breeding pair.

Not even 10 minutes ago I went after one. I was out hunting an equus so I had practically all the things needed for taming. I ran after it with tranqs and when it went down I built a fence around it but….it wouldn’t let me feed or ride it. So then a literal nightmare happened. Some annoying little dilo decided the unicorn looked like a snack and….well yeah things didn’t end well. That was half way expected though since I don’t have the best luck most of the time. But then again I now know they really do exist. Best of luck to everyone who finds a unicorn!
