If saddle used it can shoot grenades and can fly like a jet plane

For xbox i have heard they are only encounterable in the wild in PvP servers but can be summoned in any server.

This dinosaur is not worth the time to find it in xbox

To those wondering, they are mostly found in places where either tapejaras are found or where quetzals are found, so the best place to look for them on consoles is probably the Ragnarok desert, hope this helps.

It does extra damage to armor like the gigantopithecus

Pls don’t guess that this thing will be huge it has a turret but is actually small and infront of the cockpit of the saddle and isn’t like a normal size turret and a relatively small jet engine

I can’t wait for the tropeo to come out, it will be so awesome with its turret-engine saddle, and the fact that it uses its beak as a loving grinding machine. Will be exclusive to crystal isles and will likely be around the size of an argent.

This creature will be most likely as high up as a quetzal. I would prefer to tame it using a quetzal platform saddle, and then escape on a tapejara once its targeted at you. Your quetzal can tank the damage while you shoot on your Tapajara. Make sure you get some fish (or the preffered kibble) and then once it’s knocked out, feed it. (If the torpor drop rate is released, bring some narcotic if it drops fast)

Cool scenario (but this time it’s defense)

Setting: tribes mobile titano base, current position: plains, enemy attacking with allos, yuty, daedon, and quetz dropships with dodo bombs and other fliers. Amount unknown

Base: on titano plat saddle (6 tek auto turrets on top, base level one: armory. Level 2: electrical stuff. Level 3: storage)

Creature 1: Velonasaur (12 positioned on top in turret mode, 8 others total positioned on balconies around base, also on turret mode. 4 others loaded into quetz dropship.)

Creature 2: rock drake (4 clinging invisibly to the sides of the base, tek saddles equipt, ready for takeoff on a moments notice.)

Creature 3: tropeoganthus (4 total equipped on runway on top of the base, 2 with tek grenades, 2 with other grenades of choice.)

I don’t have enough characters left for this so I will make the scenario starting with {first defense scenario}

Be careful these fellas use quiet a bit of gasoline, make sure you aren't always on the fastes speed.

It’s best to have a long neck ready (with shocking darts or normal darts).

I tamed one of these on Crystal isles then transfered to the island dedicated server and ruled the ark. It was awesome. Till I ran out of Grenades. Then I flew on fumes back to the obelisk and gave the citizens a break.... I will be back tho....

Hi I tamed up a trope after several tries. I first thought that it was a knock out tame I then later found out that it is passive so I highly recommend that you check your Dododex before taming something!! Don’t be like me

They are on all maps with fliers for console players. Up this so people know.
