Resemble tapejaras in alot of ways. Fly backwards and in a 360 circle. They also make the same sounds as tapejaras

To tame a trop I have and idea for a trap and a strat: you’ll need: one chain bola, one ballista turret, three stone doorframes, three stone walls, one stone ceiling (triangle might work too but I haven’t tested it) first you set up the ballista, then you put the doorways in a triangle, then you put the walls or more doorways on top, then you shoot at the the Trop, wait for it to come into the triangle, run out the doorway and out the roof on, Chain bola it and tame it. Liek I said earlier this is an idea that hasn’t been tested so t may not work but if ur desperate or willing to take a risk for a cheap trap this is ur best bet

Bola it trap it. Bola again. Wack with your sword till its almost dead. Let it quickly starve. Bam. Feed kibble when it gets close to half.

These spawn on the same locations as the Tapajara

Chain bola it, feed it mutton or extraordinary kibble, and wait, with time alot of narcotics and mutton or kibble later your gonna have your self a jet powered, grenade launching bird to fly. kinda slow without a saddle though.

Run it around the map for a few minutes before trying to feed it. It will lower its food and make taming a bit faster.

If you chain bola it then hit it with a pike until it is at half health it will start consuming food for health and it’s pretty much an instant tame

For Xbox&PS4 players the jet deactivate can be a bit difficult I have had issues getting it to turn off when I need it to turn off. And saddle damage will NOT increase damage done to structures only to Dino’s

These guys get to decide whether or not they want to be tamed. Even force tame fails against them if they don't like it.

Any saddle you can get will always have 25 armor. Better saddles have better damage.

Don’t fight them in the wild if you can’t kill them quick they will pick u off and shred whatever armor u have on to make things worse they’ll drop you whenever they want as well, also they seem to want nothing to do with your tame if they pick u off and kill you. 😁

This mainly is to the Creator of Dododex: the Tropeognathus can damage all structures from thatch to tek. But I‘m pretty sure the damage reduces. (Turret)

When chaining it down, if the time to construct a trap around it is too short for you before it eacapes, just feel free to tranq it and then you have ages to build around it. Will take a while to wake up as you can't force feed it anything, but much safer as these guys are a pain if they eacape, hope this helps and enjoy your Jet Duck!

Trap it first as when you hit it, he aggros on you forever and even matches that of the speed of a pt. Chain bola it, punch to half health then it’ll be insta tame with mutton. Bring multiple chain bolas. *beware of it's grab attack
