The tropeognathus has a bug,it stays on aggro after u Bola and feed it a kibble. If u hop on a wyvern close to the taming cage the tropeo will lose its aggro faster. So u can tame a lvl 140 in 20 to 40 minutes if the server is boosted x4.

This creature is amazing for takming the desert titan because of their turret saddle and speed highly recommend it

Just tamed a 135 on Ragnarok (Xbox) in the desert around 56, 61. Tip: shoot it a couple of times initially to lower its health then when you bola it it’ll start healing so it’s food drops really fast, I was able to get all of the feeds done and fully tamed it within about 30 seconds (using just one bola)

Buckle up kiddos. How to insta tame: after first bola beat tge crap out of it but do not feed it kibble let it heal which consumes alot of its food then on the next bola start taming takes a 1+hr tame to a 15min tame.

Dont feed right away. If u lower its health halfway maybe more It heals and drains food. Then feed and only got 10 second intervals of feeding

If you cant tame with bola then build a trap cage ...good luck

They might be one of the best dinos to fight the desert titan if you have enough gasoline and grenades.

Be careful with these if you make one mad and proceed to run from it it will never leave the trail it followed me across the map and grabbed me

In Extinction spawn in sanctuary East and close to green Obelisk for a 140 on x4 taming on official the feeding interval is of 40 - 45 minutes

They spawn on any map on console, u need to bola them to give the kibble, I found 3 in less then a hour on extinction.

It bite u and get u in the air, so be careful.

I kited a 140 quite a distance and it picked me a couple of times, when I bola'd it, its hunger was half empty. Took less than 5mins to tame.

Try "exhausting" it before taming.

Took 35min in between feeds for 150

Have a 140 trapped fed it took around 45 mins to be able to feed second time and now on the 3rd and finally feeding its been around 30 mins and still not ready..be ready to wait.....

About its size, its literally a barely modified tapejara. Almost same size, same sounds, same flying techniques (without saddle) same shape, tape crest squeezed into a big beak.

Dino gates, doors, chain Bola. Massive feeding gaps. You must Bola it to feed it. Let it hover in the gates, then bola when time to feed it. Try to find it on the ground, much easier. I would say more, but smart Arkers will figure it out.

If you have a trap and already fed it once you can check whether it's hungry or if it doesn't want to be tamed. Thats when you shoot it with a chain bola and give it food.

I can’t wait for the tropeo to come out, it will be so awesome with its turret-engine saddle, and the fact that it uses its beak as a loving grinding machine. Will be exclusive to crystal isles and will likely be around the size of an argent.

Might be good for pvp and travelling
