SINGLE MOBILE PLAYERS ON THE ISLAND! Listen Up! You can NOT TRAP THE TITANOSAUR! You hit it in the head then log out and then back in and the torpor WILL INSTANTLY DROP TO 0! You have to do this for every shot. To check the torpor use a magnifying glass (spyglass) and stand far away from it. You cannot be riding anything. ONLY HEADSHOTS BUILD TORPOR! You will know when you hit it on the head because it will make a noise that is it's aggro sound and jerk it's head because that is the aggro animation. If it does not do this then you did not get the head. Remember to have the titanosaur platform saddle ready before you knock it out. Also, bring back up weapons. A TON of backup weapons or else trap it near your fabricator (craftable in smithy) so that it can destroy it since titanos can damage every material and you can repair your weapon and craft ammo over and over and over again. You will also need a ton of ammo. The torpor on a level 1 is 25000 and a rocket only does about 200 torpor per shot. It is not much better with a cannon so unless you miraculously have a Mek cannon or Tek animal which has been patched to not work anymore, you should get ready for an incredibly "lond" and painful taming process. Keep in mind that the titanosaur will swing it's head around like crazy to make it harder for you to hit. If the titanosaur has not destroyed your trap already because it can damage every type of structure do not let it out of the trap because it would 100% rather die than be tamed by you. Once knocked out, put the saddle on it and it will be instantly tamed. Ignore the feed taming food sign. It's favorite food is titanosaur platform saddle. Down the tip that even considered trapping the titano to let people know.

Enable raid dino feeding to keep it from starving then it's literally just a Bronto on steroids

To tame cause it such severe brain damage with a cannon that it doesn’t even know who it is then force a saddle on it

I JUST GOT ONE ON MOBILE! I USED A GRIFFIN AND ASCENDANT ROCKET LAUNCHER (Make sure you bring a lot of extra since I missed alot of shots)

I witnessed someone try to tame this thing. They were victorious.

Haven't seen anybody talk about this but an easy way to tame the Titanosaur, is to first tame the Rhyniognatha. Use its heavy sap shot to slow down and get the Titanosaur stuck for a few seconds. Fly up to Titanosaur with quetzal and shoot it in face with rockets or Canon. Rinse and repeat. Can confirm it works as of 2/12/24. Just did it with my tribe. Made everything super easy.

You have to have a saddle knock it out (smash it in the face with cannon balls) then put a saddle on it

i have a giga (bit cheated cuz im in single player but whatever)

giga one shot everything it finds

so me think titanosaur will be funny like killing a bronto

me and giga 5 sec later running away from the lvl 1 titanosaur

(like seriously is it insanely overpowered or im to stupid)

WILD = 230,000 hp

TAMED = 150,000 hp

I'lI say no more....

If you are on old mobile you can disable "camera shake" in settings to not be disoriented when a titanosaur walks near you, this can also REMOVE RECOIL FROM ALL GUNS!

The best creature to kill them is a thyla

Super easy to kill with a Lightning Wyvern as stated before. My addition to the top would be try to bait it to the moat around red ob into the upper falls where the snow and sand meet on the Easter coast. Then they don't run as much.

When you encounter it for the first time as a beginner:

•you might mistake it for a brontosaurus

• you'll probably have an urge to tame it

Taming tips:

1.Don't try to tame it at the begging of game when you are a low level with a wooden club you'll end up a pancake (speaking from personal experience)

2. Use mastercraft versions of weapons that are suggested on dododex

3. Have a quetzal first to tame the titanosaurus

4. Don't try to tame it on foot you'll chance of survival is slim

My favorite food is Titanosaur Platform Saddle.

I think the ammo requirement for the siege cannon is inaccurate. Bring like 4x more for a higher chance of success.
