These things SUCK kill them all

One of the best early-mid game tames.

You just need stone doorframes; stone foundation and a good bow with tranq arrows to knock it out easy.

A good chunk of health and damage they're good for even taking out some low rexes in emergencies. Even better with their saddles; so if you find one that you can tame; do it.

On the other hand a much safer way is to take their implant; and revive tame them on an obelisk; like to agree i guess.

Use tranq arrows and complete the mega Phrana pursuit to get soothing balm and get notatitcs and narcoberrys and 3 rockrats

Find a low level and go around killing small dinos and animals and as you level up slowly kill other bigger animals. It’s an obvious tactic but it works

If one sees you, your dead

Use a lot of narcotics because my cousin is helping me tame one and you need atleast a trap or just run away like a dodo but you need tranq arrows (edit) IM SO SORRY FOR YAPPING

Try to use kibble for a theri rather than a ton of berries. If you use berries, mejo is best. Have a lot of narcotics on you, and definitely try to trap it if possible.

If you want to tame you need not want to find it

To tame this faster you need trap 4x4 and 2d flor high

1.citronal

2. Bow with tranq

3.and trap made up of wood

Knock out it and tame using citronal to faster

You can tame with meat I need to add more words

Use pillars then fly up if you have bird then knock it out but they wake up really fast

I’ve got 80 narcotics and 30 bio toxic so I think I’m good

Can somebody give me a tip on how to kill these things.

I tamed it when I was level 15 by just train it and spamming rocks took me 2 and a half hours tho

When you see it just die no way to tame it

It is not so powerful he just a hen he can knock in 21 tranq arrow and eat berrys

If your trying to find a explorer note and you find this just run if your dino is low level I mean I than 16 dilos that are level 60 above and everyone died including me

To tame a Theriz you will need:

- Ascendant bow or normal crossbow.

- About 25 tranqs but bring more in case

- Spike wall as the theriz might be attacked

- Loads of narcotics because their torpor decreases really quickly I used biotoxin to keep the torpor up

-Lots of normal arrows to protect it

-Berry’s or kibble, if you are going to use berry’s make sure you have collected as many as possible so you don’t have to leave your Theriz.

Your Technique:

Stand on a high rock so it can’t reach you and once the Theriz flees chase after try to keep it away from water as it will drown. If the Theriz ends up being able to reach you keep firing and don’t try and run you will need stamina to chase it down.

Once your Theriz is unconscious put berries and narcotics in its inventory as quickly as possible.

Tips:

Keep the Theriz away from water!

Try and avoid it passing out into rocks! The lvl 22 I was taming fell into some rocks and after abt 10 minutes it had completely disappeared with my berries and narcotics.

500x Mejoberries

300x Narcoberry

200x Other Berries

150x Biotoxin

100x Narcotics

25x tranq arrows

Spike walls
