Me and my friend tamed one by making a small stone pen with a wood ramp and then agroed the theri with an iguana don and then jumped into her the pen with the iguana don and then the theri went in the pen and we just tranqued it out

The best way to tame is craft a large beartrap use traq darts or arrows prime meat is best

What I did is I just leveled up speed and stamina until lvl 25 where I had crossbow and tranq arrows. During that I just used a parasaur to get narcoberries.

You just need stone doorframes; stone foundation and a good bow with tranq arrows to knock it out easy.

A good chunk of health and damage they're good for even taking out some low rexes in emergencies. Even better with their saddles; so if you find one that you can tame; do it.

Find a low level and go around killing small dinos and animals and as you level up slowly kill other bigger animals. It’s an obvious tactic but it works
