I have a lvl 68 IT KILLED A LVL 15 REX Easily

Step 1: find the devil dodo

Step2: scream as it chases you

Step 3:make sure your dinos have a good funeral service just in case

Step 4: use cannonball to get stone for trap

Step 5:craft trap

Step 6: die….a lot

Step 7: sacrifice a raptor to get it in the trap

Step 8: waste all your tranquilliser darts

Step 9 watch as it puts its middle claw up to you while in the trap

Step 10: get more darts

Step 11: FIRE AWAY!

Step 12: feed it

Step 13: watch In horror as a Rex tries to get into the trap and kill the devil dodo

Step 14: watch it tame

Step 15: put its saddle on

Step 16: ride your devil dodo

Step 17: slap the Rex to hell

If you can manage to tame one of these bad boys early in the game, getting to mid game will be MUCH easier. All of my dinos were dying and as a beach bob I wasn’t sure how far I should be advancing before trying good tames. Got this thing and it carried me so hard until I could get rexes and argies without any dangers

So this thing is strong and frightening but if you set some greater bear traps and run and shoot you can knock it out. Just don't let it come to close or it will take you down.

I'll tell you kibble is a pain in the ass to make especially for therzino but it's so god I'm glad I took the time to make it

They are great at harvesting and taming them is easy you just need a rifle and traq darts or shocking ones the shocking ones work the most and also get some savorroot and do not forget narcotics I learned that the hard way

Once knocked out, a Theri's torpor level drops significantly fast. A great counter measure for this is to use bio toxin, which is acquired from killing jellyfish

This Tickle chicken is deadly you can use a quetz to pick it up and be careful because its torpor drops quickly and its food drains slowly.

A stone pillar trap 3 wide 5 long bear trap in the middle make it two high if on uneven ground

Just build a stone trap with wooden ramp in mobile and hit 1x to therizi and that thing will go to the stone trap and just hit with trang arrow and you will need hundred narco to tame

I had to kill four of these but the last one before I killed my iguadon died

For all the people saying have a few hundred nar cods I do actually and a few hundred jellyfish toxic which is way better

When taming:

1. Make sure to have a metal trap, that is made of metal doors, not walls. Doors, regular doors, metal foundationa, because the tickle chickens can damage stone.

2. Make sure to make the amount of tranqdarts you need, plus an extra 20 to 30. Make sure to wait 5 to 7 seconds between arrow shots if you're using narc arrows. Which I don't advise. Use Long neck and Tranqdarts if you can.

3. Starve tame the heck out of it. And have someone nearby it's unconscious body to make sure to force feed it narcotics. Once it gets to around 1-2k food I'd toss either Exceptional kibble or kibble in first, then mejos. If you can't do kibble, just use mejos.

Side note: If you're worried about people coming and killing it in the open, just make a taming pen, at base and use a wyvern, quetzal, or skiff to move it.

I seen a level 150 on Gen 2.. couldn’t not tame it. Realized I have no kibble. There goes my night.

If u find one, plan on getting it. These are awesome alpha murderers. That is, if it’s a high lvl. They are also awesome at getting wood, berries, and fiber! So much fiber!!

use the raft hack to tame this creature...,just build a raft and put 3 wood foundation on raft next put 3 wood ceiling next to the wood foundations (it supposed to look like rectangle shape if you view it above next put wooden doorframe 2 heights on outer parts of the wooden base its supposed to look like a cage now next put 4 wood ramps on the side(this is where youll lure it to the cage......next tip approach it..if it roars then run directly to the ramp and go to the cage(he will follow you) now he is stuck make sure you dont go near the cage or that creature will destroy it next grab your bow and tranq arrow then shoot it at a medium distance(dont shoot it when your too close)if you succesfully put it unconscious then drive the raft to your base.....(if you have mortar and pestle in your base then craft narcotics about 200 narcotics)....there feed it mejoberries or other berries if the unconsciousness drops feed it narcotics.....and there you go you can tame it up and have a "T-rex rival" wannabe

Guys, there’s no need to be afraid when taming! I have a wooden home on ark mobile and I did the ‘kill dilo’ quest and I got the ascendant bow it has 160 damage for me but it does vary from player to player. Then just shoot tranq arrows out of your asc bow! It only took me 15 shots for a lv 95!!! Then do the ‘hunt megapirahna’ quest and use the x10 balm it gives you. Use mejo and maybe veggie such as rockcarrot but at the start of the game it’s hard to get rockcarrots. For me it only took 30 bio but my taming speed is a bit changed from normal ark so not to sure for u guys but when tranqing, do it from a distance, like 100 m away, so by the time he’s got to u he will be close to being knocked out. Don't attack one when there is another nearby because they both will go after you.

For a level 14, this thing has 1646 torpor that drops about just over 2 a tick and took me exactly 22 tranq arrows with a basic crossbow with slight spacing between them

Bring tons of narcotics they walk-up fast
