they r actually quite easy to tame use a turtle with 2000 health or plus with low attack points and send it after it then keeping shooting druuged arrow at it when it started running away hop on the turtles saddle to stop it the just go after it ,remember to bring lots of drugs

I was terrified of even going near one for months after it 3 shot me once but once wen i was going out to tame some raptors i ran into one and it started attacking my diplodocus and was non stop beating him up for about 2mins and afterwards i checked my diplos health and it had only lost about 800 health and he had 6000 so i went home gathered some biotoxin and tranq arrows i then went out and found one and all i did was get a buddy to ride the diplo and constantly knock him back and i just shot im with tranqs so the theri barely got any hits on the diplo but wen wen he did the diplo was to tanky so i found that to be the best way to tame one

Get a good bow/crossbow/longneck

For ammo use tranq arrows/tranq darts/shocking tranq darts

Build a 3x3 stone foundation, place doorframes on the sides, build it 2 on each foundation and place ramps on any side of the trap

Get the theri's aggro and go up the ramp and fall through the doorframes

If you did it right it should be in the trap

Now knock it out with your tranq of choice

Make sure to bring lots of narcotics because it loses torpor fast

If you are new and you see one of these things near you don't try to tame it. It is just as aggressive as the one in the movie

Everyone please take I to consideration that these brake stone structures. So I'm not going to stop you from using stone traps just beware that they can break through it and please be prepared if it does happen.(so keep a flyer near you incase of that possibility) if you keep a flyer near you I would cryo it before trapping said theri so it doesn't aggro to it

Make sure you have 4 to 5 business days to waste if you don’t have anything but berries:) also make sure you bring a lot of narco berrys cause torpor decreases fast

Make sure to have about 100 tranq arrows before you start. A good level to look for is 250. When knocked out have 300 narcotics or 150 bio.

When your therizino is taming and you get berries come back and it’s awake with a bunch of dead raptors you sneak around it and loot the raptors but you misclick on mobile and get 2 shotted and your dilo takes it out Me:WHAT THE HELL

Easy tame (need Quetzal):

Step 1. Build a bunch of crop plots (recommended large) and plant rockarrot(carrots), savoroot(potatoes) and longrass(corn). Therizinosaurus, as well as most other herbivores, prefer these over the berries. The savoroot and longrass will still be preferred once you run out of Rockarrots. Also farm biotoxin, as this will be an essential part of the process if your desired Therizinosaurus isnt starving upon knockout.

Step 2. Get on your Quetzal and find a wild Therizinosaurus. Then pick it up and carry it to either the Dead Volcano, one of the three Obelisks, or to your base.

(WARNING: Due to their territorial nature, you may need to make room for the Therizinosaurus prior to arrival, including moving your tamed creatures somewhere else).

Step 3. While your tames are away, you may want to invest in some soothing balm. You can either buy it with Amber, or get one of the artifacts from one of the caves and tribute it, as the Obelisks have a chance to reward this with soothing balm.

Step 4. Now you need a sheltered enclosure. This will be where your bed will be so you can suicide to skip the day/night if you arent tired enough to sleep, and will double as a “security checkpoint” if the Therizinosaurus kills you during the knockout procedure.

Step 5. Now you have 2 options. If you aren’t the best at surviving under constant fire, your best bet is to climb ontop of a rock before starting.

However, if you can take a beating, fire away. Do note however that as torpor scales with damage dealt, you might be better off with using an Ascendant bow as those deal somewhat more damage when compared to regular bows. Just be sure to have somewhere above 46 tranq arrows, as you really never know.

Step 6. Starving vs Not Starving procedure:

Starving: The food is all that is needed. You can apply soothing balm if you wish.

Not starving: You need to add bio-toxin into the mix so that you can resupply torpor as-needed. You may also want to apply the soothing balm to let the creature know that you are friend and not foe, which will then in turn make it warm up to you more easily, and thus be tamed faster.

Step 7. You have tamed a Therizinosaurus. Your new friend will now protect you exceptionally well as needed, especially if high level, and with a saddle and enough health, weight and melee/attack, will double as an armored transport for heavy resources.

These are definitely one of the best ways to start off a play through, i’d tame a parasaur and farm up a lot of narcotics. you can make a lot of traps for pretty cheap. you will need to be able to craft a large bear trap and some stone pillars you can lookup a full tutorial on youtube. then you basically will be able to harvest all the wood, fiber, and berrys you need to get you deep into mid game. the tame takes a long time but overall i would definitely recommend taming this beast.

Dear bobs, before even thingking of taming one of these, pls prepare a few hundred spare narcotics, you'll need it

If you want to tame or knock out this thing use a crossbow or a bow but I highly suggest you use crossbow and stay in a higher place you can also you stone walls or pillars to trap it do not use anything that’s less as strong as the stone walls

I see everyone says to run from this furry beast but you can tame it,all it eats is berrys and these things when they are baby's they are pretty cute and they are useful takes because of they're eggs I wouldn't recommend stealing a wild therizino egg

Use hide armor, tranq arrows 20, 200 health, berries to tame and kill jellyfish to have bio , and crossbow make sure theres no 2 only 1 if its 2 your dead and i tame the beast only myself

How to tame a Tickle chicken

1: Get a Rex upgrade it to at least lv 70 Health upgrades only

2: Find the Theri and have the tranqs ready

3: Get on the Rex and hop of but don't get of it's body

4: Tranq the theri and make sure you have narcotics

5: Depending on the lv of the theri you might want more health n the Rex

6:The reason I suggested this is because I defended my unconscious Argentavis from a Scorpion and knocked it out well it was increasing the Argie's torpor💤💤

7: I really hope you like your theri you should do about 1 health lv for each lv of the theri

8: Before you tame a theri you you should tame a Rex because in my opinion I think the Rex is easyier to tame

For Rag players just know you might want to turn your difficulty up to 6 because it is hard to find high levels.

All you need is a crossbow tranq arrows and a diplodocus the dippy will create a distraction while you shoot it with the tranq when its knocked out you need kibble berries take way to long unless you have some soothing balms you still need like 100 narcotics they only sleep like 7 minutes good luck taming your oversized chicken

Step 1# create 10 large bear traps and 10 to 20 tranq

Step 2# place the bear traps in the line where you want to trap it

Step 3# gather lots of berries also gather about two stacks of narca berries

Step 4# shoot it and then run to where you wanna trap it

Step 5# Once it’s tracked if you drank arrows and then tame it

Hi welcome to my help for taming all dinosaurs in the game, any ways this will be a simple trap:

The trap will consist of 4 stone gate frames and 4 Dino gates. (Note: they can break stone so knock it out fast or use metal)

Once it’s knocked out you will need about 1000 narcotic cuz it’s torpor drops at usain bolt speed.

After it’s knocked out it kibble is megalosaurus but if you don’t access for it best choice is veggies. Now the waiting game begins. I tamed a level 420 therizino in a server and to be honest it was not that hard.
