Stories Tips

What are some stories about the therizinosaurus? Memorable therizinosaurus stories, wild encounters, and fan fiction.
I remember my first time playing ark me and my friend were playing on an official server and we were just chilling in the jungle and all of a sudden I get chopped up by a theri that was right behind me I got scared so much every time I saw one I just ran until much later I realized they weren't that dangerous if u didn't get close to it.
Why there’s are more annoying then rexes
Rex: has a large Agro range but spawns far away from starter areas
Thery: Has a low agro range but spawns right next to you
Rex: can damage thatch and wood
Thery: Stone is like butter
Rex: rarly spawns in numbers greater then one
Thery: almost always spawns in numbers larger than 2
Rex: Can be killed by started dinos if you have enough
Thery: treats your dinos the same way it treat walls
Rex: looks cool
Thery: looks like a chicken
Rex: one look tells you not to mess with it
Thery: the un experienced might make the mistake to take one in with a carno

This therizinosaurus is easy to kill if you have a strong bow and you need to stay away from it because it deals so much damage it is hostile if you came very close to them.In my solo island i killed 4 therizinosaurus with no armor and just a bow make sure you a high attack damage and bring some huge companions like diplodocus.I you spot some therizinosaurus you can eother kill it for some good loot or run away.
When I was at very low level 19 this creature came into my island where my base and my dinos where there. It was literally only little distance from my base. I thought I lost all my dinos. As I was at very low level I had a trike, a raptor, 3 parasaurus, a pteranadon, some lystros and a phiomia. This creature had level 307. So I ran away. While I was away I saw my pteranadon flying I looked there and I found that theri has attacked them. I lost all my hopes and I saw my dinos trapped that theri by making a circle, but theri was attacking them. Suddenly I saw it came written "Your raptor lvl 27 killed therizinosaur lvl 307". I was literally surprised that my all dinos got united and killed therizinosaur. I ran to my base and saw my trike was nearly dead and my raptor also but they survived. I saw therizinosaur claws in my raptor inventory as he killed him and harvested him. My no dinos were dead.
..This proves that unity is the most powerful thing..
If you see one getting to close to your base dump all your stuff of value in chest or large storage and get it’s attention and lead it far and then let it kill you that way it takes it a while before coming close to your base. Plus a small tip they can kill spinosaurs that are next to them if they are wild or not plus so don’t bring one of yours it will die a horable death
Ok, so Apex said I should do more lore for my character so hear it is.
Christopher hated dinosaur Tahiti. On his first day he was attacked by a mutant chicken. It was not fun. He decided to make a house. He made it out of a few sticks and grass with a few plants. It dissolved immediately when it rained. He saw a few weird looking chickens and he killed them. He had made a spear of of a rock. He killed three with it but it broke. He was mad and punched one. He punched it to hard and it fell asleep. He felt bad so he gave it some berries. It woke up and began to follow him. He told it to get lost but it didn't listen. He was walking down the beach when he heard a weird chrip. He was a weird thing that looked like a raptor from Jurassic world. He walked over to it, and it ate his bird.
So there i was, heart pounding so hard i could hear my pulse; standing over the k.o'd tickle chicken. Theris were horrifying to me, but this one kept hanging around my home, so i thought there was no other options other than kill or tame it. About 15 minutes into the taming, the theri's about 40% tamed when the ground starts to shake. "What's that?" I wondered. "there couldnt possibly be anything threatening here. Im on the beach in Oluf jungle" i thought. I was wrong. A terrifying roar shook the forest behind me, so i turn and Mr. Giga wanted to play. I raced away on my only iguanodon and he ate the poor tickle chicken. Im currently holed up in my house looking out the window scared that Mr. Giga wants a second playdate. Help.
So this thing killed me twice before I knocked it out. I didn’t check Dododex until after it was knocked out. I didn’t have any crops or mejoberries and only 30ish narcotics, so I had to keep running around gathering narco berries and mejoberries to tame it and about half way through, I ran out of water, luckily berries give a small amount of water so I had to to keep switching between feeding it narco berries, gathering narco berries, and eating berries. Then when it was about 80% done, a bunch of bugs almost killed me because I forgot to equip my armor after I died from previously trying to knock it out. In the end, I ended up with 2024 fiber, a bunch of random berries, and a new Dino named Theo.
TAME ONE. They are a great mid game tame, my therazino, Edward Scissorhands has officially the best time investment I’ve ever made in the game. But she has officially solved my wood gathering problem. And they don’t have to be high level, in fact, I recommend getting a trash level one and grind it up.
(Mobile)I love this dino so much that every time I see one I will tame and breed it as fast as possible, mainly because it strikes fear to all (including Alpha tribes) my best one ever was a male named Apple lvl 279 in a pvp server i logged of one night and he died to a lvl 435 Giga Named Eviction notice. So I stopped playing that server.
The Tickle Chicken. Dangerous when there's one, deadly when there's two or more. I found one of these in the middle of the night, trying to level up my tek raptor past lvl 20. As soon as I saw it, my torch burned out. I kid you not I was absolutely terrified 🤣 I couldn't see anything for a good half of the fight, finally when I got my torch repaired, I saw a flurry of feathers. I was getting tickled SO HARD. I ended up dying, but my faithful Kevin held his own long enough for me to see him make the killing blow at dawn. I'm so proud of my little Kevin!
‘Sup y’all. I’m a noob and I built my home on the other side of an island very close to the green obelisk (in mobile). I was gathering stone for a mortar and pestle when I saw this thing in the trees on the other side of the beach. Since it was so close to the green obelisk, I thought it was a raptor (silly me) and got scared for my life. It came all the way over to the side of my island opposite my house, and I got very scared that it would take everything from me (I had 2 lystros, 8 dilos, a phiomia and a parasaur, which was the thing I really didn’t want to lose).
After asking a more experienced friend what to do (thanks Bebe), I decided to face the problem head-on since it wasn’t gonna leave. I took all 8 of my dilos, made a few bolas, a ton of spears, and enough stone arrows to exterminate all the dodos out there. Then I went charging in.
The bolas were completely useless, and the beast killed 6 of my dilos (mind you, this one is only level 3), but we were victorious!
I only found out what it was after it died, and I’d like to say that they’re much worse than raptors (though I’m not sure I can say that since I’ve never fought a raptor before, even if I have been torn to shreds by one).
And today, I learned they were herbivorous. So if they weren’t such huge jerks, we would’ve gotten along just fine.
Me and my friend were taming one that took around four hours to tame. At exactly 99.3% a titanoboa rolled up and said "nah". Luckily I killed him with a pike before the tame died (we both knocked out though). I guess moral of the story is when you're taming something, build a 10 foot wall around it.
