They are more worse than T. rex since they could 2 shot you even if you have flak armor on if it's lvl 30 or above

They may have toned their power down, but my 191 rex w/ 520% melee took down a lvl 40 Theriz after it attacked me in about 5-6 bites. Doing barely any damage to the rex or myself. (On an official server) the people that suffered severe loss fighting these maybe left out a lot of detail like if they were trying to tame it and letting it hit their dino. In a strictly combat situation, they don't seem to pose much of a threat.

If your planning on kidnapping this thing and taking it to the taming pen, forget it. We all know it isn't worth getting a quetzal half way killed for a evil herbivore... but your best bet is to bate it into a trap and knock it out while it can't move. They only do damage to wood and thatch but do only 1 damage on stone. So trap them with and stone pillers and a large bear trap to lock them down long enough to trap him with the stone pillars you have left after building a structure to bate him into.

Wish I knew these kill you while on your take just lost my argent because it killed me and I couldn't get back bast enough

STOP, DROP, AND REX

How can it come that the therizinosaurus can damage stone, while neither the spino or the rex can? Watch out for this guy in the wild, since he is aggressive to players.

You can't take Therizinosaurus lightly. They are able to damage stone structures and do huge amounts of damage. They are slower then Rexes, but they have more stamina, so they run longer.

I had a 260 lvl ptera with 450+ melee and 2100 hp. I saw one lvl 5 therizi. Had a fight, i killed it but it took half my ptera hp. Thats crazy really. A lvl 5 can also deal so much damage

They ain't that frightening as they seem, just use a raft and a good wepon (I used mastercraft bow,stone arrow) to kill a lvl 55 one.just make sure they r not too close to the raft

DO NOT and I mean DO NOT go near these guys without a good mount even at the higher levels. It will kill you and kill you and keep coming after you trust me I learned the hard way.

If you played The Isle, you are probably aware that theris are mean herbivores. They can actually damage you on your mount but put some torpor on the mount. I suggest using sarcos, trikes, argies, or stronger dinos if you wish to kill them. Be warned that they are brutal when there is more than one attacking.

Dont try to counter one of these guys withthe spyglass glitch on mobile with a rex if you anger it. You’re just asking for it to get killed at that point.

Saw it at the swamp...no snakes no sarco

I knocked it out with tranq arrows on top of a rock I placed a sleeping back near the rock I shot it a couple times he found the way up then..... he WAS ON THE ROCK I RAN UNDER A fallen tree and shot it it ran so I climbed on the rock and shot at it he ran but it was too late I had knocked him out (me :1hp left) I'm so good I fed it berries I also put smoothing balm since I only had 20 I bought minor smoothing balm. Fed it berries and narcotics(170)he was tamed I wasn't happy since the saddle is unlocked at a high level because I was only level 45 UHHHH GB H
