I don’t know what you guys are talking about because these guys are easily taken out by my non breed argents. I also have one right next to my stone base and it hasn't does anything yet. If he does ill just kill him. I guess it could be problem when your on foot but most people travel by air sooo... just tame a pt or argent.

I had just tamed a carnotaur a raptor and a tek paeasaur when we encountered one of these. My friend had put them on passive because we didn’t want them killing our knocked out dinos so it killed me, my friend and every Dino we had tamed

It is not hard to kill unless your in brutal in hard put 24 primitive pistol bullets in his dome and use the double barrel when he is near when you reaload the double barrel look the other way sprint and jump and it needs 1 or 2 shots from the double barrel

Just get a pteranodon and pump stamina health and melee into it you just hold the attack and it will die. Or either Shan my pteranodon is just a natural in killing those stuff.

I find so long as your on a trike facing it head on the knock back means it barely hits you whilst you dwindle its health down to zero then taste the sweet sweet rewards ps im new and lvl 28

It's pretty easy to kill with a trike. (HEALTH RRIKE: 650) Because of the knock back I have been farming therizenosaurs for a while and I have ever a lot of therizenosaur claws.

Avoid walking towards it at all costs. It killed all my 5 tames in an heartbeat. And it just about killed me in 3 hits...

These guys are actual beasts. They are so strong they should be their own boss. If you see one, the RUN. You will not survive, especially if you are a low level.

At first this thing is scary but when u get a pump action shotgun or ar its easy just be careful not to get too close

Killing this creature is easy. Take an Argentavis and then King Kong it (Fly around the head in circles, attacking each time you swoop in).

Pride/army crawl then it won’t attack you.

I swear every time I turn my back this thing creeps closer to me

So here’s my experience. It spawned around 40 meters from my base, and within probably 2 or 3 days in comes closer and closer. So I decided that I had to kill this evil chicken head. I got my high damage bow out, pearched at my ‘scout’ area and waited. I lost track of where is went though. It was quick as hell and EXTREMELY POWERFUL. Trust me and everyone else writing tips here. It sneaked up behind me and demolished my tames and eventually me. So, I suggest you find high grounds, somewhere it CANT get on, or maybe on a flying tame. Shoot It with a bow or anything. If you aren’t equipped to kill this thing, and it spawned somewhere close to you I suggest you move out. Goodluck!

Therizinosaurus had similar-looking cousins, deinocheirus being a good example.

Why are you guys saying these guys are so scary? I’m lv twenty nine and I went out with 350 narcotics 4 stacks of narcoberries 5 stacks of tranq arrows and three crossbows along with 2 more stacks of each kind of berry and finally 9 megalo egg kibble and what happens?

It goes down at 700 hp originally 1000 (these are estimated) and then I balm it and use megalo kibble and one kibble game it! Wasted all that! Bull crap. Y’all are noobs. Pros are scared of theris and a noob just tamed one lol.

Ok so if you just started ark and you see this little bugger quickly run(or hop on a mount):and get the hell out. Once they agro they will follow you for so long

These bastards will kill everything you own. You can outrun them, but once aggro they will chase you and wont stop. Avoid at low levels, unless you want to lose ALL your tames and house.
