If you are a starter on the beach, level up as quickly as possible and learn the wooden spike wall engram. Make at least to circles around your house with spike walls and you can keep your base safe for a while, if you have a separate structure for you tames, (depending on how any or the size of the tame), for a para, make it at least a 5x5 so it fits entirely inside the structure. Then do the spike wall method and your tame will last a lot longer and won’t die when you log. Stay safe!

Since my first day on Ark, this thing has terrorized me. He just walks around my base, completely destroys it and kills every dinosaur I own. So I wanted to get revenge and tame him. These are exetremly deadly. They ignore armour, do a lot of damage in general, and have a decent health pool. But, they're slower than a rex, so you have a chance to out run one if it's chasing you.

This guy killed me when I had a lvl 91 pteranodon and a crossbow with tranq arrows. I shot him in the head more than 6 times and that guy did not stop tearing my tame to shreds. My tame did not fight back for some reason even though He had just fought some dilos before hand. This guy will destroy you even if you think you’re stacked. Also, make sure the rock you shoot from is impossible to climb on because I made that mistake and it cost me my best tame and over 300 arrows along with all my metal tools and weapons.

On Fjordur, this things agro range is much shorter btw. It can still attack u, but dont think u can pluck a feather without him biting, he is still the danger chicken u know.

It is a killer and if you’re looking to tame it eats berries and I am serious do not hug the chicken it’ll slice you in half like it did to the deer in Jurassic World three if you haven’t seen it, you should see it.
