Honestly if you want to take this thing without to much resources, you'll have to turn up the taming speed and eating consumption speed. It's up to you if you want to do it.

I HATE THESE THINGS! I can remember well what happened to me when I was a low lvl Bob.

I usually leave this thing alone after I learned the hard way that it's nothing friendly at all despite being a herbivore. I died many times to this, however, this time, there's one that wandered out of the forest and near my newly built thatch hut surrounded by spiked walls and my dinos (a trike, a breeding pair of dilos, and a low lvl raptor) were inside of it. I know well that it'll end up badly if I provoked it so, I left it alone as I think it'll wander far off BUT NO! IT WANDERED EVEN CLOSER AND STABBED ITSELF ON THE SPIKE WALLS! IT WENT CRAZY, CLAWING ON THOSE WALLS, AND MY DINOS ARE ALL SET TO NEUTRAL AND ATTACKED IT FROM BEHIND THOSE WALLS TO PROTECT OUR BASE.

I watched helplessly at the scene and when my dilos died, I joined 'em. What's the ending? All my dinos died and I died 3 times before I finally killed it behind my spiked walls.

This thing is unstopable insane I died like 5 times before I quit I was also on lv 60 do not mess.

Found a beautiful dark blue one, wanted him. So knocked him out took with about 30 tranq arrows, shoved berries into em and then was surprised at actually how fast torpor went down.. so I ran up the hill home and shoved like 25 bio toxin into him and had a friends really nice friend fly over and give me soothing balm. So knockem out, use soothing balm, shove berries, and feed bio toxin to keep torpor up.

Pro tips: very dangerous. avoid it at all cost in the wild , unless you want to kill it, tame a lv 80 or above trike (triceratops) equip a saddle and start attacking this things , trust me you will survive lads. Bcause trike have knock back effect when attacking thats make safe you and your pet And make sure you keep attacking with trike not with your goddamn bow !!

I was building camp and I never saw these dudes before. They walked over to me and one shot me because I was wearing only the cloth set because I let my guard down. It killed my cute little Dimorphodon and demolished my camp. I will forever wage war on them.

This thing almost killed all of my dinosaurs cause I accidentally let them follow me while trying to tame it. Don’t use a rock base trap it breaks it. Best thing to is get to where it can’t hit but stay on you like a cliff hanger or something. Then chase it down when it start running away. Or have a fast pet with you to get it. My movement speed is 146.5 and it was a struggle to trying to get a away and trying to get it 😩. Goodluck guys

The best way I have found when you have knocked thease formidably op dinos is,pump both bio toxin and narcotics in the theriz and bring 2 trikes with you to protect the body because your gunna be here for a while bud

The only way to live is to jump on a rock and keep shooting it.

Knock him iut using ascendant crosy or longneck. And remember bring narcotics and always use shooting balm when taming this creature

Use narc Berries and save better since torpor take more time and it go up more than it go down.

Ok 1) get on a high rock and I mean HIIIGHHH and then get either a crossbow or bow and arrow 2) get 12-40 tranq darts and shoot the monstrous beast until it gets it torpor up
