If you wanna tame these nightmares of a chicken then prepare to never find a decent level one. At the beginning of ASA I was playing day 1 on some random official server. Progress was slow but it was there and by late day 3 me and my uncle had set up a modest stone base on the beach with a high level trike, decent raptor, and a few dodos we had planned to force to lay eggs for basic kibble.

The following day we logged on after getting our base up just to find we had both died and our beds weren’t there. We respawned near where the base had been since it was close to one of the starter areas just to find that all that had been spared was a few stone foundations but our loot had been destroyed, our Dino’s were dead, and a tickle chicken lurked only a few feet from it all. We checked our tribe logs to find that the theri had done it all and was a level 145 but I couldn’t even take the time to morn the situation before being brutalized by this monster.

Shortly after we had a metal base in a decent spot, a few important tames like anky’s, dodics, yutis for kibble, and a buster breeding line of tickle chickens who we forced to breed with their children and mutate to the point of being a pile of mush and destruction that could solo a decent level giga or carcho and destroyed bosses in record time.

I had finally had my revenge but not without spending 8 actual hours of my life to find a single high level theri that ended up being a very high melee roll and settling for a high hp roll on a different one my uncle suffered to find.
