I got one without a trap and one with a trap,which one was more life threatening you ask?A theri in a trap,why?I was far away shooting tranqs with a crossbow while it was distracted obliterating raptors all I had to pray is it didn't die and get knocked out after the raptors got obliterated,for the one with a trap,it almost killed my tapejara while I was distracted saving my otter from the water when I got him on my shoulder,I saw my tapejara get hit by the theri since my tapejara was on passive I made sure he could take at least 20 hits from him so I ran to him and flew away to lose it, after healing I went back to tame it(I had the trap alr set)I flew on my tapejara and with a bit of struggle,I got it in I started raining down tranqs and I got it tamed(with mejoberries and rockcarrots with a 5x taming boost cuz I couldn't find and tame any megalosaurus)now I got a pair of theri to breed and harvest,THE END.
