Everyone says these guys are powerful. Not to me! I practically live next to them. I adapted to them and I already have about 5. All you need to do is get on a rock where they can’t reach. Then load them with tranq arrows or darts. I make a lot of kibble, so taming them is not to difficult to me. But still be wary of these creatures as they do kill you and your Dino’s fast.

When encoutntering run they can knock you out or knock you off your tame .level 300 trike gets destroyed by a level 40 just run

Block of a path with stone pillars, lead it into the pillars( close enough together that only you can slip through). While it attacks the pillars tranq it with tranq arrows and a crossbow- you don’t really have to wait between shots since it’s health is really good (800ish for lvl. 1). If it’s a level one, it goes down fairly quick. Taming process can take an hour or two. For me, it took about 160 narcotics, so be prepared. Be careful though, majority of tickle chickens are in dangerous areas and it’s hard to lure them out. Good luck!

OP in the wild but tame a high level and you’ll be set for the rest of ARK

Warning! They do indeed spawn at beaches and will murder you and everything you love. If you see one even about semi-far away from your base, and unless you have metal battlements (easy drop from beavers on mobile) get on a raft and move the flip away. They just move close and closer to your base, limiting the safe area in which you can gather stuff.

If you have a flying mount, there is a way to actually relocate these annoying things. Get a long-neck rifle with scope, get far away and shoot it once. Warning,they have a long attention span and will chase you for a long time. After hit, fly slowly and above it’s attack radius. When you get to about half stamina, get to a safe spot to land. Repeat when needed to get them far away as needed

If you agroed one and think you outran it so that it lost agro, you’re wrong. They will hunt you and once they find you they’ll chase you to the other end of the map

They are easily knocked out using a 4 Dino stone gateway 2 stone gate taking pen. Use tranq arrows or darts and then your set

They usually get stuck in trees and stuff like that so get in front of them when they are stuck craft a crossbow and like 50 tranq arrows and fire away at their head every 5 seconds and you fill need tons of narcotics but I prefer bio toxin from jellyfish and I think that works better than narcotics and they eat Megalosoures kibble or Rockarrots and have yourself a Rex killing machine

They cannot see you within a 7 or 6 radius. Sometimes they can knock you out by biting you. When the health is at 870 and your level is at 65-70 you can kill it with your fists in 6 or 7 lives

Get a few pteradons and they will kick this things ass.

This thing is op! Gathers pretty much everything, has a lot of health and damage, great for exploring I don’t have to really worry about dying. I’m doing an easy single player map, they lvl up quickly, tamed at lvl 15 and a day later it’s lvl 33! They r a pain to tame but worth it.

Encountering, not Encoutering. But anyways, I have a level 41 raptor, plus a 64% imprinted level 39 raptor. (I’m on easy mode so it’s actually really good levels) I am in the forest at the time, and I come across 2 Therizinosaurus’s. 1 is level 2, 1 is level 4. I thought, “oh, my raptors are pretty op so they can handle them.” Oh boy was I wrong.

They both killed my raptors.

I’m level 50 yet every time I see one of these dang things, I run as fast as I can, cause if I get 1 step too close, it will kill me. So stay away from it unless your completely ready for a fight even Godzilla would lose, but still a good tame

If you ever find one of these and need to kill it bring a shotgun

While very strong it can be easily avoided by making it hit a tike and the trike will get mad and keep knocking it back. (only sometimes works)

There is one right next to my base. Ok it's a bit far but how do I kill it. My best tame is a turtle with 2500 health. My second best is a sarco. Plz respond
