You don’t find spinos, spinos find you, and they delete your bloodline with zero mercy

The Spino can actually be killed early game, but you need to have the right things.

Me personally, I wore hide gear and repeatedly headshot it. Why did I kill it you ask? It killed all my tames including my newly tamed Pteradon.

One time my freind and I decided we should move base locations

So we built a raft we threw all of our dino's on it and set sail through the river(witch led into a swamp). We were Noobs and a spino killed us and most of our dinos luckily it ran of and we got our gear back. We only made it out with a trike and a dilo (the trike had most of our stuff luckily). To this day that raft sits in that swamp waiting to be rescued.

Careful, the QUADRUPED spinosaurus is very aggressive.

If you are a player in aberration there should be plenty of spinos

They don’t acro easily, I stood about 3 feet away from one and I was fine til i stepped under it, They are terrortorial so don’t be afraid to run past one while it’s eating a fish or something, just make sure you run fast if it does Agro.

Just hope it goes to the ocean and gets eaten by a swarm of megalodon.

Bring a bird to any river, lure it by shooting tranqs, when it's chasing you jump on your bird, find the nearest cliff fly to top, shoot it from above, keep your bird close but do not enable follow.

There are tons of spino's near rivers

I found about 5 of them near my base I let wild dinos kill 3 and me and my tames killed they other 2 so now there gone.

If you want one that’s lower level, go to the redwood river I saw 3 that were all below lvl 40 in a small area

A whole heap spawn down at the footpaw and the other beach places. They have a really short aggro range, my pal landed right next to one and it didn't go off at him.

It was day 2 since I began playing ARK built a decent tatch base and tamed 5 dilo, 3 para, 1 iguana, 2 mosch and 5 dodos. I guess. I was around level 9-12. As I was trying to to call on of dilo which was out of whistling range I saw triceratops head glowing red from a distance. Previously read a comment about trikes head glowing means a spino or rex is nearby. Out of curiosity went near to check its level. Found me, chased me and tried to kill me. But to my good or bad luck all of my tames attacked the spino only to see each of them getting killed by its jaws and claws. Escaped and built another base, went to my previous base just to check on it only to see 3 more spinos nesting there completely. Had to give up that base regrretfully.

There were two around my first base so I had to move and when I did another one spawned and now I don't know what to do :(
