HOW TO TAME FOR BEGINNERS

Supplies: A bow or better yet a cross bow, around 10 to 30 tranqu arrows (depending on lvl), a fast mount like an iggy or gal, an ichy fish if u have one

First you need to locate your spino, they spawn in rivers and deltas. Next make your battle plan. If you can not reach it by a ichy fish, use a iguanodon or a gallimimus to ride into battle. (You can also use a flying mount but I would not recommend)It is cheapest to get it stuck in trees or a cliff. Lure it to a place where nothing aggressive will attack you. Preferably surrounded by non-aggressive herbies. As soon as you are ready, use a bow or cross bow to nock it. If it chases you on an ichy into the water, hope off after a shot or two so it won’t drown when knocked. Then feed ur spino FISH if you don’t have any prime or mutton. Make sure you have ALOT of bio toxin AND narcotics. Too much bio tox somtimes will KILLL ur spino if you give it too much so have like 30 narcotics with you wile you tame. Once he or she is tamed lead them back home and you have one of the best dinos in game! 🆙 if helpful

They give more XP than a rex but a alpha rex gives more xp than a normal spino and spinos are found along rivers but they are stupidly fast with the hydration buff so quick to attack and so fast to run.

If you see a Spino get a bunch of meat, narco berry's, narcotic arrow's and a crossbow or a bow. Then climb up a steep mountain find a way like a path that you can get up but that the Spino can't climb up. Then start shoting narcotic arrow's at its head and if it run's do not chace it that's a rookie mistake. What you want to do is try to show narcotic arrow's at it when it run's theres a small chance that you will make it fall asleep. If you could not make it sleep. Go in camra mod to see where it is without risking getting killed. Sow you can see its location safly. If you have a crossbow use it to knock the Spino. And done you have tamed a spino safly without any risk of getting killed. 100 likes and i will do the Therizino.

It's strong, very strong, but that's all. People here lie. It's like the slowest animal of similar size, unless you put it into running mode, slow in water equally as on land. Stamina does not regenerate faster in the water. Gets stuck everywhere. It's fast when you set it to follow, so ride an allo and set the spino on follow.

If you see a spino on spawn try to get wooden spikes and surround your base then lure it toward you get in your base and let the spikes to its thing

They can spawn in the easy spawn near the swamp so be cared full ,but you can kill it very easy with some triceratops

Once you tame it get it to at least level 20 or over and put it on wander and aggressive and it will kill everything in ark.

If you encounter this thing at a low level with a trike at LVL20. That spino will probably be 15 or lower, You see here. If you are battling one of these near a cliff, beat it up with hide armor on you and high movement speed and a save before fighting it. Drive it into the cliff and bat it out with you’re trike. Unless you’re taming, drive it into the hill and either hit it with The slingshot or Tranq arrows. (Unless you have tranquilizers.) soon it will faint and just find a river nearby and kill fish/Promoting Pelagoris.

I was exploring with my Ptera and I saw one of these guys so I flew my Ptera somewhere safe and pulled out my longneck and after the first 2 shots it broke and lets just say I did not get a spino that day

Spinosauruses are easy to deal with a low levels.

Simply follow the ‘nopeasaurus’ rule, which states that so long as it isn’t running at you, you still have the opportunity to leg it around or away from the dangerous dino. I have used this rule many times with rexes, spinos, therozinos and more
