If you ever come across this beast don't panic just slowly walk away and make sure you don't run because they will see you and attack you and their agro range is low so you should be good... Unless you get too close or it's in the water

so I got my ascendant sword and I was about to kill a spino then it charged at me and 1 shot me. it destroyed all my armor by running over me and 1 shooting me. RIP

Dont try tanking with a sarco killed my sarco then ran in the ocean and was killed by a meglodawn

Me and mate easily tamed this creature because it is very again agaisnt other dinosaurs so using that to our advantage shooting tranq arrows were easy

At first I thought it was offensive and inaccurate to say that these are stronger than rexes, but its not. I bred my 190 something spino with my 30 something, and it came out with more health than the dad. It also came with more damage than when I tamed the dad. These creatures with leveling are a whole different story. They are funner to ride than a giga or a rex, a giga looses stam after 5 second of running, a rex sometimes moves slow, but a spino with water buff can run nearly endlessly. They also are far better for traveling and safer. A rex gets triggers agroe of a few creature and so does the giga, but a spino can’t trigger agro even from a wild giga. I went into the snow biome everything got at least 3 shotted, same with the redwoods, and the swamp was easy, the mountains too easy. The only scary place was carno island cause I have never been there but I will get used to it. My spino Tidal Wave the dad killed 2 alpha raptors, nearly 3 but the other one despawned cuz my giga was above it when we were fighting it. No to mention the fact that spinos are essier to tame. I 100% recommend you tame a spino and breed it.

Spinos are great for combat and swimming, thing is, I think I need a female to mate with Godzilla, who is my level 35 spino to make a new battle beast and to take down a giganotosaurus.

I would use fish meat if you don’t have kibble or prime meat and BRING NARCOTICS because the torpor drops really fast

Don’t go under it or you will be trampled, I know from experience because I lost a baryonyx called onyx that way.

Today, I've decided I'm going to get a male spino for my female spino, Riptide. I tamed Riptide with prime fish meat from a leed and tranq arrows, I'm going to tame this spino with tranq arrows, regular fish meat and bio toxin and narcotic. There is one near the red obelisk, and by it's colours, it's a male. I'm super nervous my argy, Argentum, will get killed. Last time i rode on my pteranodon, and it was fine. But that was at the entrance to the swamp. Please ^ to wish me luck! #Supernervous

Perch atop on a quetzal or find a high rock it can't reach you on and pump it. When it loses interest jump on your bird and pull agro then continue with knocking it out

have a female rex and a male spino, the rex was lvl 25 when I found her and after taming she was lvl 30 and had 2k+ hp without any upgrades, my spino is the 2nd one I found and is lvl 2, the first one I found was a lvl 17 female and a she just ran away cus of torpor and attacking others creatures, but after taming my spino it had 700 hp and abt 175% dmg while my rex had abt 200% dmg when tamed now my rex is lvl 47 and the spino is now lvl 5. they were both extremely difficult to k.o, the rex took abt 50 tranq arrows and the spino took 20~40 darts but the spino took abt 1.5 ingame days to tame since you have to use fish, while the rex took half of the day to tame, I used reg and prime meat to tame both as I had to go get it while they were k.o but I feel like taming the spino wasn't worth it tho, was it worth taming?
