I'm level 67 found a level 20 too bad but I decided to tame it I just got a Mastercraft crossbow from an alpha Raptor I killed step one you'll need for a primitive crossbow you'll need 40 tranq arrows 🏹 Step 2 bring 30 narcotic. 60 raw meat. Bring a fast mount like a Raptor. Step 3 bring a large bear trap to trap it if you can't do that try to get on a high place where it can't hit you. Let it starve when you're down to 5 narcotic put in the raw meat boom you've got yourself a spino.

I did tame this to is so cool looking and I'm making it a saddle for it and it only took like 10 tranq arrows to ko but bring like 50 narcotics because it's is not unconscious for that long

How to ko= stand on a hill where they can’t get you. THEN REPEATEDLY BLAST SHOCK TRANQS INTO ITS EYE. boom done.

They are basically just a cross with a Rex and a raptor cause it fast like a raptor and powerful like Rex

This is more a question, what behaviour settings are good for keeping a Spino close to base?

I live on a beach in some peninsula when one day I go to the left side which usually has hard to kill monsters just a little past the water when I see a Spiney I was like cool a Dino with a fin I have seen something like it on a transformers toy then suddenly 16 red glow trikes came and it attacked and killed them all with ease I was like “EZ I’ll go around” for a while it worked then later I go to the island a little past my right to check it out. Cool a bronco that is small and ugly (I was not testing it so went back) while I was also being chased by boa I found another on right side I was like “it fine it won’t get closer” few days later it was closer so I went home said to my self “it won’t get closer than that same one did.” One on left went into hiding couldn’t find it after few so was happy but then it came back and one on right guess what GOT CLOSER. So I set up emergency base a little farther on the right beach where spiney can’t reach but I had to much stuff to move (I grind a lot) so I used KO arrows on it and took my stand for a little though fast I took little damage when hit then it ran and returned to the spot on the right side of my beach where it sits and plans vengeance also at one point it laid egg but no other spinets were round except one on left but how did it get that close (this was at time when it was on the other beach on right.) could there be big mate reach for spineys?

Just know that spinos, fish, pats as, and Barry’s share a spawn entity so kill fish pads as and Barry’s to hunt down spinos

My Spino has impacted me. Its great for hunting. I can kill therizinos now. Its fast in the water, and kills many megapirahnas. best mount ever!!!!

If you aren’t on a good Dino and you see a high level spino the end is near you.

The spino is a killing machine it kills every thing in its path even a therzinosaur i saw a wild spino kill a therzinosaur the spino was a very high level the also the spino has like a Godzilla like color and its was a male

So for mobile players this is for you if you have like let's say a lvl17 ,18,19or 20 lvld trikes don't use them against a spino I learned that the hard way so pls don't do it

Use maybe a pterodactyl and land somewhere high enough so it can't reach you or maybe make a trap also use tranq darts or arrows

When you tame these dinosaurs be SURE to bring 40 or 30 narcotics I was trying to tame this dinosaur once and it woke up so I fleed and made sure never to make the same mistake EVER again ;-;

You should get a Spino. Beware of them if they are in water, and your low. You better gets some arrows and tranqs. If you are caught by them and low, you are screwed.

For taming, since they run away super fast, a good trap is a 3x4 stone foundation with door frames that are 3 high (they can walk over 2 tall) with a ramp leading up. U might need some extra supper pillars for the ramp at the bottom depending on the land u use tho. Make sure its semi close to the water or the spino will lose interest. Then u can just lure it in, its pretty wide so it should he easy, then u basically just shoot it until its down. Ez tame. Dont forget to brung narcotics tho.

BEING NEAR WATER IS NOT A GOOD IDEA SPECAILLY IF YOU LIVE NEAR WATER

Find a spino ( they spawn in redwood water and other water place)

Find a great spot ( but carefull they strong fast and can climb big roack) like in the rock

Start ataking him with tranq arow ( you can wait until spino hunt so you can atack him savely

Wait until he unsonsious and give him raw fish meat

Or argen kibble

These barest are very strong and stronger then a Rex but taming is easier than Rex but use a crossbow is a good way to knock it out and I tamed one by making it attack a turtle and running on paurasour
