I had a spino. He was black with dark-blue mixed into him, mostly on his fin. I named him Betta because of that. Anyways, spinos are basically the rexes of the water. These guys can go from quadrupedal to bipedal and have very rapid DPS. They also tend to be very, very, ADHD positive and are scarily fast if you’re low-level. Usually if you run from their lake home (or away from the water), they’ll lose interest and leave you be until you return.

Taming one at level 29 the rock wall next to spawn island get a spino below it and stand on top shooting is with the cross bow with tranq arrows and use till it’s sleep and feed raw meat and give it narcotics so it stays asleep

Do not tame in the redwood forest took forever to get it out... I learned from experience.

Get the spin stuck on the bottom of a high cliff you may not be able too shoot it and the tranq arrow and or dart will be suspended in midair if that happens then DON JUMP YOU'LL FALL OFF

Never spawn in west zone1 because sometimes it spawns there too

Lead one of these guys into a giant metal pen. He then proceeded to launch me over the battlement xD. Died from falling. Went back to get my stuff, but I heard the battle music. Apparently the gate closed on him after I died lmao

Go to the redwoods there’s bound to be at least 3 spinos there my mammoth and trike ruthlessly murdered the luv 15 spino iwanted to tame 😥😥😥

Build a trap for it to get stuck in and just in case build spikes (sodden or metal) around you the spam tranqs

On Mobil u can get one after u got a tannery, bird, crossbow, and bio toxin. Dont forget da kibble. Or scream Eric. The latter is harder. Or just get god consel and go to town on it

These guys are tamable by having a crossbow, biotoxin, and 2 kibble! I just got one of these bad boys

In abberation me and my friend shared the same base a aberrant Spinosaurus came there it was a male and lvl 4 we tried to kill it but deastroyed us and our Dino's we managed to turn off the Xbox because we were playing on it and it didn't save the spins attack so if your on Xbox and you get attacked by Dino's turn the Xbox off to not save the bad stuff like if you liked my tip 👍🏻

Killed alpha broodmother with 18 of these, 1 yuty and a daeodon. Haven't tried any other bosses yet, but I absolutely shredded alpha broodmother.

Agrro it with a pteradon fly to a high area and spam tranq arrows until it passes out, it loses torpidity Quickly, I needed 40 bio toxin to tame a level 5 in west 1 on the island.
