Guys, please explain why there is a phone ringing whenever I go near a river.

So I was strolling down a beach in south zone 1 with my dilo (danny) and I saw 1 at the end of the little bay at the footpaw. I decided to then go to the other side of the footpaw and saw a second spino. Long story short my dilo was set to aggressive and thought he could take on a spino lvl 56.
