Guys I need your help, I have a sinomacrops but I cant open its inventory when its on my shoulder. I play on PC with a xbox controller connected. I should be able to press and hold the x button to open the menu where I can also open the inventory. It also doesn‘t work when I play on keyboard an press down the r button. The weird thing is also, that when its on my shoulder its stats are not shown on the side of my screen (stamina and weight should usualy be shown). I appreciate your help guys :)

On console press R3 to go into glide mode. Double tap X (ps5) to gain altitude burst or hold to gain altitude. If you turn on auto scream it can and will kill most bugs instantly within a certain radius. Consumes chitin to replace lost stamina. Will scare off small aggressive dinos.

The best place to tame these guys is a trench right by green oby, its at 61 lat 50 long. The trench makes it so they can only go certain directions and there's no brush or trees

One small thing most people may not know about is while you have a sinomacrops, it can give you a fairly decent double jump, different than when just going into fly mode...gains you quick height

(It's either Tek Helmet or Sinomacrops) there's a setting that allows you to see HP like direwolves

If you didn’t already know, shoulder pets reduce weight. This thing, is great for it(And is absolutely adorable). You find these on the Lost Island. The mutations might look great. Up for agreement.👍🏻

It’s good if your high up and need to get down so you should try getting one when it comes out. 😉

Just so u know they deal increased damage to chitinous creatures such as spiders, scorpions, arthros, and mantis

A thyla ripped my little sister of her mount and killed her sinomacrops. She went on a tirade and killed every thyla in the redwoods, and when she was happy with the lack of thylacleos in the redwoods. She moved on to the desert.

Point is it’s addictively cute.

These little thing are so good but hard to tame half the time it sits over water
