The babies eat chitin not meat or berries.

I’ve noticed that when you’re crouched and waiting for it to land, they land faster if you have meat in your taming spot then once they have the hearts switch the taming spot to chitin and feed.

can easily kite them into the trap an run out to close the door for me they took over the role of the pteradon since they are little flying backpacks and can fly farther just not as fast but they make so much in the game that much simpler 10 of 10 best well rounded creatures for early and late game

Can kill masquitos by screaming

Can hit creatures like the masquitos while it's still on your back.

If you clap it will scream you can also do this while falling

I’ve tamed a few now and the best thing I’ve realized to use is a raft because they get scared of other dinos

I found they spawn mainly in the swamp big island on lost island just hard to find

Passive tame with chitin don't wear chitin armor you're gonna get killed

Apparently they also might get to have reduced carry weight for all items and screem very useful and can glide like a glide suit and can fly with you on ur back but drains stam like crazy im so ready for this creature to come in game can't wait to get a good stam mutation on it

Apparently these things deal with the small critters we hate such as microraptors, troadons etc they deal with them by going on your back as a shoulder mount then when they run into them they let out a screem that stuns small critters giveing you the chance to ether fight or run

Ps they also go crazy if you are in chitin armor

It will be able to kill most bugs/insects

Idea: It can knock players off mounts like a micro raptor (but not stun you for very long, only like 3 seconds) and can also latch onto enemy faces and pretty much blind them and the enemy has to struggle to get it off their face. (like escaping a bloodstalker web)

When close to shore please don’t be like me and let it fly far away over the water after feeding it. Bring a raft and drive it about 40 meters from the sinomacrops, it should hopefully notice you and land on the raft.

Question: how come when I get a sinomacrops 76% tamed, it dies randomly and falls out of the sky?

Quite possibly the best shoulder pet in the game. Too bad it doesn’t spawn in any other map than lost island.

In the cords 56.2 lat and 44.7 Lon there is a big cave that can have up to 10-20 sinamacrops but there is a slight problem some of them are in the walls and because you’re in a cave you got to find a spot to tame hope this helps!

Everybody likes a organic jet pack, here’s how to find one! ; of course you need some supplies but there’s not much that this lil guy wants other than chitin, however do not WEAR the chitin as it will aggro onto you and become rabid real quick, put it in your last hot bar slot, and head to the green obelisk; then look at the desert then go down the mountain of the green obelisk toward the desert, then you will find yourself in a forest, turn left and go uphill slightly and proceed until you spot a sino, if you think it doesn’t see you get a little closer too it, but go by your gut, when it lands in front of you proceed to feed it; it will fly away, but it will ALWAYS come back for more, the only reason it won’t come back is eithor because it was killed, or just got stuck on something preventing it from coming back, keep feeding it until it’s tamed! Take care!
