Not only do they aggro on chitin armor, if you are flying a Lymantria they will attack your moth. This is useful in luring them out to tame, especially if you’re working with a friend, but be careful!

People think I don't like you survivors the truth is I'm just a bit touchy. people don't ever think about letting me come to you because you big scary survivors are enough to frighten me away when you come marching up.I am a passive tame and I like a certain food that comes from bugs on the beach but I only eat it if you put it in your last Inventory slot and if I approach you. If you haven't guessed already I like chitin and that's it but when you feed me don't just leave me slyly follow me around until I'm hungry again then feed me until Im done.

I recommend to put levels into stamina and weight

Walk around it, when you see the hearts it will fly towards you. Feed it when it lands, and repeat. After you feed it it will run so make a trap or just find it.

Much much easy to get once you have one, tame a low level then go after a better one, they eat lots of chitin when using

Do not I have other tamed dinos around or it will run away from you

This thing is pure chad energy - easily the most fun way to get around the map and has a 50% weight reduction for stone ( maybe other resources - need further testing )

Use the canoe and they land right next to you to enjoy the ride and some snacks. Pop some chitin in your last slot and wait it out.

When taming find one flying above the ocean and use a boat it will land on boat every time just float under it with boat

Organic Glider, jetpack and parachute and doesn't suck up too much stamina, if you have enough Stam on this beast i'd use it over Tek itself

To tame u need to put chitin in ur last slot , dont wear chitin armour it will Agro it , wait until it comes to u and feed it go to the taming hub to track it and wait til it comes to u , they can be easily scared so don’t run after it when trying to tame , when tamed then u can fly and glide around with them and they eat chitin after tame

Looks like this will be used as a glide suit. Interesting... If someone in pvp put on chitin armor though, they could easily pick off your little shoulder pet.

If you have one you can take on almost anything and anyone if you have a lvl 150 and a gun with bullets.

Like many creatures, having one makes it easier to tame more. Running around scares it, but it flies all over the place very fast, but you can't use a mount because it won't come to you. So what can you do? Easy, tame a low level first, then in the future use flight. You still can't get too close, but they aren't as scared by gliding as they are by running even though gliding is much faster, and also they'll get attracted while you're in the air, which they won't do if you're mounted on a flier.

If you are having trouble getting close without spooking them, if you have a shadowmane you can use their cloaking ability to slowly walk up and the Sina won't agro to it
