They do NOT harvest crystal, obsidian or metal. They are rated as being able to collect crystal and obsidian, but actually it is only something dropped when they are killed. Tested Jan 2021

This is not a tip as much as a question kind of. No matter how many rocks I smash I do not harvest flint. What is going on here? I tried both attacks that I know of. The regular ground smash and the spinning punch and neither got flint for me. Very agitating.

On extinction, disguised elementals look alot different than on other servers. If you could tell the difference between a rock and an elemental on SE, you can't on extinction.

Rock elementals are great for a tank role or just even a place to put all of your stuff these things will crush adobe

Lure wild ones to the wyvern trench and make them aggro on thr wyverns

Bit the Destroyer, I used 3 Rock (LvL 50 & tow 100's) Golums with 3 Daedons (piggies) LvL (40,50,110) to to soak a 16-capped turret tower. I took turns with each of the Rock Golem as they were depleted. I did this on the purple cat cluster rag boosted server.

If it has element in its name how come it’s a rock?

On crystal isles, you can not get the rock golem saddle. I do not know why, but when I tried to find it in the engrams, it didn’t show. It’s supposed to unlock at level 70. I was over level 70. Maybe this is a problem only on Playstation4, since that was what I played Ark on.

Just remember that a doed can harvest more stone than this beast

Super good for harvesting sand and stone. Definitely needed if you want to survive. It can handle 3 raptors (from my experience) and it’s great for traveling.

I think the rock throw should be able to knock out titanasaurs and wild rock elementals with the rock throw ability, same with the chali
