You can knock these out with RPGs!

first: do not use rpg. the explosion gives off splash damage depending on your angle of fire, which ultimately decreases it’s taming effectiveness.

second. the thing was so slow, i ran forward and continued harvesting me fiber. but ngl, the rock boulder hit me so hard, it took me 3 respawns to get that loot back 👍

also for those who didn’t know (like myself) the boulder it throws? it bounces 😑 i tried to emote and “you were killed by Rock Elemental - Lv 70”

Don’t be intimated by taming these. Actually stupid easy. Just fly a snow owl over it to where it can’t hit the owl but stays aggro’d on it. Jump off, place foundation and cannon down make sure aim is right and always bring extra cannon balls like 3-5 extra minimum especially if you’re a bad shot. If it’s pvp they’re OP soakers/ defenders.. Especially if the saddle on it is max such as mine is max (74.5). And if you’re taming one for PVE maybe just don’t cause they’re pointless as with any Dino in PVE. In face now that I think about it, PVE in general is pointless.. and boring to say the least.

I got a good level one and it’s really good at killing liver. I’m pretty sure it’s immune to their breath too.

It is immune to lava and can walkin lava and can stay there without damaging it's self I just found that out in creative today

Rocket launchers and Catapults work great!! If your on an unofficial server that don’t allow cannons I would recommend this highly!

Just tamed a level 88 and it's health was around 7000 which should be impossible. Is this a glitch? Health should be waaay higher. :(

To tame a LV 9999 rock elemenal on 0.1 taming multiplier you will needs 10 days to tame with kibble

I shot a lv 56 with canon and it died!?!

Me and my friend spent like an hour and a half trying to kill one of these beasts. We had one parasaur and two giant rolly polly things (sorry forgot the name). We ended up running away and nobody was hurt. If you encounter one just run, they are SO slow you can easily outrun them. It's a waste of time. Please.
