The easier way to knock out is to use a rocket launcher because it costs a lot of metal and gunpowder iI also takes a fast and strong paracetheriom to tame unless u go to a crevice aND trap it there then it can't get out from the front and u can get out by going backwards

When knocking out the elemental. Short is with your taming tools (rockets,cannon) etc. Back up a bunch till it goes into rock form then shoot a arrow at it to wake it back up. Use the time in between disguising itself and waking up to organize yourself or your team for the next attack of cannons.

To collect deth worms horns you need at least 3 high level Rex

When you are knocking out a Rock Elemental the best way is to let it agro on the pillars or dinosaur gates before you start to shoot it with Rockets or cannons,because The elemental will stay still for a moment in time.Cannons are cheaper to use when knocking out Rock Elementals.Just trap it,let it agro on the pillars or dinosaur gates and fire! Oh don't forget to make your pillars or dinosaur gates out of stone or metal.Thats how my tribe gets all of ours down. :)

I like to put pillars and trap it and after it throws rock shoot it with cannon.

Put pillars close together so it will stop it. It will probably attack the pillars. But that is good now you need a cannon, it will be better it the cannon is on a paracer. So you will be able to move it.

It would be really cool if it had a kill calculator so that I can see how long and how much stuff I'm going to have to put into it.

Best way to knock one out is to lead it through a narrow valley to get it stuck then shoot it with a cannon in the back of a paraceratherium with a platform saddle.

As for taming it is recommended to tame quite a few mantises and have a mantis egg farm as mantises lay relativity few eggs and cannot be bred.

If you snap 5 stone/wood Dino gates together at 45 degrees and demolish the middle one the hole will be just big enough to trap a rock golem and then u can tame it using a parcer. Ps I suggest not using a rocket launcher bc the blast can break the gates

Use a high quality rocket launcher and normal rockets comeing lock on the the chest area not head....happy taming

I've found that if u wage them or put a wall around one it is a lot easier I had a couple of Gos but that was a solo tame good luck with ur tameing fellow ark Survivor

A good way to knock one out is to lure one into near the entrance of a cave such as the one near the red obelisk. You stand inside the cave, the golem will stand at the entrance and try to throw boulders but they cant reach inside thus you're safe. You can simply time yourself at shooting 1-2 rockets after he tries throwing a boulder at you. It is very important to aim for the head or you will kill the golem. (It took us 43 rockets using primitive launchers found in drops to knock out a 112)

HOW TO STOP THEM: u can either build some sort of cage u trap them in, or u make them get stuck between some big rocks while they are chasing u;

HOW THO KNOCK THEM OUT: u can place a CANNON (most Torpo if HEADSHOT -> u will see them shake their head if u hit the right spot -> animation!) on a paracer (first platform&foundation) and then try shooting them while they chase u -> big ammo waste as if u will not hit them while moving!; best way is to trap them, so u can even place a stationaire cannon next to the cage/trap wich makes it easier to releoad and store cannonballs directly next to the cannon, but still be aware of thrown boulders by the elemtal as they do a lot of damage -> build some kind of defense wall to avoid getting hit!

now with the right aimed cannon (i suggest at leats 3 walls of hight to place them) and the right timing u should knock them out pretty easy...

10 pillars 5 ceilings 3 foundations foundation then 5 pillars up calling across 5 pillars down foundation then put other 2 ceilings under the top on each side boom easy fast trap

Best way to tame is bild a pin leed in the pin shoot in head with a cannon when down use sulfur to tame it will take a wile but well worth haveing they keep base sreally safe
