I shot about 10 cannon balls into one and it died

Hover your pteranodon slightly above its head so it can’t hit you but won’t move. Then you can let your tribe member place a cannon facing the golem and shoot it in the head. If you do it solo you have to have your pteranodon on passive and highest follow distance. Do the same but instead place the cannon and KO yourself. Just worked for me today.

Me and my brother were hunting loads of wyverns with our maxed out wyvern and then I was spy glassing and looked at a rock and frickin-we went to base got pillars and stuff after i did my research we made the trap and 4 cannons . . . My brother accidentally killed it because he didn’t hit the head and second one we did it right, don’t get to close or your dead we put the trap but closer and it didn’t move and we hit 5 cannon balls in the head and tamed it with narcs and sulfur and we have it level 49 so far so we used about 60 pillars and 4 cannons and 5 cannon balls for every cannon and only hit head or you’ll kill the rock elemental after 2 years of searching and lots of material wasted bring narcs and bring sulfur after killing wyverns and knocking Rockwell’s head from ragnarok to extinction to the island and wait the ark island speed run (3:23:00) and you’ll have yourselves a dead rock golem after fighting a 102 rock dude and realizing they’re as good as a a literal rock and rage .

Clay is moderately good for taming these and easiest to get without waiting about a day for it to work

Get platform quetz and put 3 cannons on the platform and you need 4 people

Their health goes down 22000 after taming. That's why the stat calculator looks wrong.

X Rock Elementals can't be tamed on Official PvP

When i poop a rock elemental comes out and then i punch it and goes to sleep and i put poop in it it tames

I tamed a rock golem it take for me tow days but thin i dicoverd a sittings that let you tame that mob in ark just by one rock

Just get them stuck on a hill then blast dat bois head with cannon.

8/23/2021 X Elementals cannot be tamed. Dragged one out all the way to the southeast corner and wouldn't eat extraordinary kibble, stone, ect.

Don't waste your time by attempting yourself.

Actually you CAN do topor damage with rpg ( dunno about usual, tested with homing) but more likely he will die.

Don’t listen to them rocket launchers do work to know out rock elemental i haven’t seen tried on scorched earth but in raganarok they do work

Get a canon fire canon balls at it’s face a couple times and wait for it to fall down and then tame it it can be found in scorched earth and valguero if you see the weird looking rocks that is them but if you get too close to them they will attack you

Tried to tame a level 25 x-rock elemental it died and didn't knock out

Make sure you hit it in the head. Not the body. Not the arms. The head. Or you will waste cannon balls.

Tame it with the admin command;DoTame or ForceTame if you want to ride it without its saddle.

The best tip only shot it at is face if he covers is face that that mean u doin it right if u shot at is body u will kill it. This rock element will cost u a lot resources.

Contrary to the listings, the rock elemental does not actualy gather metal or flint(i have tried this on 3 servers and have tecived the same results)

Sometimes they will die when you use rockets and cannons SUCK at maneuvering. They also can't get metal and are basically large hatchets.
