Using an RPG and getting it stuck between rocks is a very easy way to knock out. Keep in mind that it will/can die very quickly with a missed hit.

Build a trap made of stone gate frames and line a paracer with a cannon to the element's head. To lure the golem, use an argy to take agro all through out knock out

Dropped a 135 and 150 today. Accidentally killed a 140. Cannon balls are deadly if you hit the body and not the head. Also, you can't drop one in free fall... it takes all damage from cannon ball and dies. Took only 11 cannon balls for a 150 from the back of a quetz

For you primitive server guys and girls it's approx 100 to 120 boulders for a lvl 15 and a little less for a lvl 5 using the catapult to ko. Don't forget to lay down your 5 stone dino gates.

A V shaped trap made of three high stone pillars work very well.

Method includes two ppl. Get golem stuck behind 2 rocks in a V shape or close to it. Have the non-tamer hold the aggro while out of range of explosions while still in range of golem aggro. Non-tamer must be on flying dino. Have tamer behind non-tamer and use rockets.

Shot the cannon when its arms go in the air to slam

To get it stuck build stone pillars (2 High if on flat ground) where you want it then lure it over and position a paracer with a cannon on the other side the paracer might take a few hits from his rock throw but if done right it should Argo the pillars most of the time

Note to self, not able to be passively tamed with stone

Extraordinary Kibble does not work on taming.

The Rocket Launcher does raise torpor again.

When taming a rock golem you have to hit directly on the head, if you are in a server where it shows your damage you will see when you hit the head that it does significantly less damage then when you shoot the cannon at its body, the head is the only way to knock it out. To trap one use only 5 metal or tek Dino gates any more or and less garuntees it will escape. Also make sure to place your cannon at a higher point that the rock golems head it just makes it all easier. (I would recommend putting a high health Dino as a bait Dino for the golem to hit so it doesn’t throw rocks at you and break tour cannon.)

To knock these fellas out try a cannon it’s the easiest way. Build a rectangle large enough to fit a rock golem but leave a side open. Lead it through the side. When he’s in aim cannon at head and shoot! (Use sulfur for taming)

Use a cannon or a very good rocket launcher

I went to mine some rocks and blood came out. Don’t do the same☹️

My Giga lvl 52 with 18297 health and 66% malee it had killed 2 of those monsters with 23000 health, one by one.Then i had to stay back and feed giga with tons if meat, otherwise no Giga :-o

The calculators for boulder KO (at least) are massively off. Just wasted 38 boulders on a low level!! And yes: at least 20, probably 25 of those shots were confirmed “head-shake” torpor animations. Be wary!
