When the rock golem gets tamed it loses 22000 health the base health of a tamed golem is 3000 there was a tip that said this was a typo but it isn’t

Get a griffin just in front of it’s face so it doesn’t hit you then get a friend to shoot it with cannon balls

I raged so hard but I tamed it with 5x taming rates with clay and 1 clay was about 1%

When attempting to knock it out, create a four by four by four metal structure it’s a metal gate on one side. Position a cannon as far in the back as you can. Make sure that you have a cross section across the gate so that the golem can’t hit you with boulders. Ready! Aim! Fire!!!!

These guys are stone BEASTS. I tamed a low level, and after, some direwolves attacked. While I was swinging with my new golem, I had such a high AOE that I collected about 2k stone and 1k sand.

Ok so some people have trouble taming this but I know the best way. Get a pt eny lev will do. Go to a rock golem fly where it can't hit you and can't throgh rocks at you and hit you hop off and it should be focused on the pt and jest set up the cannon alottle ways frome it so it doesn't agro to you and pelt it's head with cannon balls bam ez tame

Tamed one and is awesome suggesting use for pvp map it is best

If you have a quest then make the golem agro it but have it right above it so the golem doesn't move then just knock him with the cannon

If you find yourself in a place where you want to tame one but cant build a trap try flying up to high space or shoot off a tapejara (if you can't fire rocket launcher off a tapejara please correct me) if need you can also lure it to a trap built near by.

May I make a defense suggestion?use gigas or wyverns,but I strongly recommend gigas there damage is not reduced by it for every hit.

thay are great for tanking bullets

New kibble isn't working to tame or mantis kibble.

If you are able to afford a mek with the cannon attachment. Stay a good distance away from the golem but enough distance so you can shoot it. Make sure you aim for the head and not the body because if you want it to have torpor you will have to hit the head. So then fire the rocket with the mek and enjoy your golem😎

For me this creature has 950 health

I cannonballed it in the head, two times used rocks cause I didn't have the right kibble ended up getting a army of 20 wyverns

If you're wanting to hunt them use gigas if you can they negate their damage reduction so gigas deal full damage to them

When taming if your established make a metal trap with a metal behe gate to drag it into. Measure out 8 metal foundations away from the trap and place cannon. Trap should be a minimum of 4 metal walls high in the middle of the non behe gate side there should be a doorframe with door. This is important. If built right it will prevent you getting killed and the cannon ball from doing additional damage and ruining the game on the last shot. I wish I could submit screenshots on here. The non gated side of the trap should have the cannon.

Trapping is the way to go but this can serve as a plan B. If you’re on your own and using a platform paracer with a cannon, set it to passive and use the “go here” whistle to get it to move away from the golem. I recommend covering its backside with metal walls so it’ll be less likely to take damage from rocks or even melee hits if you’re lucky. Be careful because once you hit a wild one on the head it will begin to RUN at you and will be very hard to shake.
