There is an animation for hitting them in the head. If your not getting that head shake then your not doing torpor damage and will likely kill if.

Also if they glitch into floating it looks like you only do damage and not torpor.

Easy tame get a cannon and metal gates with a few metal foundation two metal doorframes and some metal walls surround the golem in gates and use the metal foundation doorframes and walls to protect and place with cannon than knock it out there is also the quetz way but for those with no quetz this will work hope this helps

They have like + 20000 health wild but lose so much health when tamed make this change for the better

Ok if you trying to tame a rock elemental then read it all it's the easiest way I know. Well I have made it for enough into the game where I had a rocket launcher and I saw a high level nocked it out and realized that when it ate one stone it only went up by .2% taming so in the moment I went of to find sulfur and the only place I was finding it was the ice wyvern den thing in a small cave but there's a ton of it and with a metal pick man you get a lot the rock element took around 150 sulfur to tame but I would grab more just in case

Fly a Petra so it is stopped just above its head, it wont hit you just look at the ptera.

Jump off, place a foundation facing it head on about 10 foundations away. place cannon and fire away.

It wont do anything other than stand still looking at the birdie hovering above its head while you hit it in the face with cannonball!

Easy peasy solo tame

You can sleep it with your mek just 3 or 4 cannon shall and then u tamed golem without need any trap

You need two times more kibble as written down in die the app

Direwolves can sniff out Elementals while they're hiding! They're also super common in the desert biome of Lost Island. Cheers!

What do you think of an armor slot for golems where you can put materials and makes a temporary armor and the materials you put makes the armour better heres a list from the worst material to the best

It’s pretty good for late game like throwing rocks at the manticore

fjordur players! cant find one? well you can actually find a R rock elemental (lava like rock elemental) in the magmasaur pit. if you dont know where that it its at the south end of the fire wyvern trench. it should spawn not in the lava but the trail you used to get in here in the magmasaur part. idk but i think they spawn in the 3 sections before you get in the actual magmasaur pit part. be wary about the onyc or magmasaurs!

Don't starve tame these. They seem to lose more levels. Even with kibble.

Using meks to tame them is one of the easiest ways

They are beasts at soaking normal turrets but take more damage agenst tek turrets so be careful when planning to use one to soak when you raid someone. Also when you soak you can ether walk back wards or forwards with your elementals chin up to not get your survivor killed also they are really good at defending desert bases because they can blend in with the rocks in the area and ambush people trying to break into your base also if your on lost island the desert is a good place to build because not many people go there due to the heat and insects but if you find a good sheltered spot it’s a hard to find protectable base hope this helps this is A.L.N.A and see you in my next tip ;)

Use this beast in a raid soak up all turrets walk backwards as u may get shot off

If u never tamed a golem before then you should bring like +10 cannon balls because its really scary when it still runs at you but you dont have ammo.

Rock elemental scan also be knocked out by a Rex Tec saddle

easiest way to tame is to make a double doorframe trap, then as soon as it does its spinning attack shoot just before it finishes with the cannon aimed where the head would be, and boom tamed!
