When taming a level 9999 Rock Elemental, it will take about 160,000 stone and about 1,000,000 (yes one million) narcotics. Along with this, it will be done in *checks watch* 146 days.
Be friendly and caring when engaging this peaceful creature. He may disguise himself a rock, as he is very shy. Use stone to passive tame this gentle giant.
Wiki says: To tame it, you need brute force like a rock straight into its head.
