If you are doing PVP get a pack of mabey 20 of these make them attack your target watch the raptors fight but take a rex just in case :)

I just suggest to move around and try to dodge the raptor when it jumps,or just try to lead it too a rocky environment so when it jumps it might get stuck,but if u can avoid it enough u can get it to run.I was able to do that 1 time,so I hope it works out for u too,Hope this helps.👍
