When i tame a level 290 raptor in hard mode hardcore it took me time to do it when i finished taming it it make me shocked to its damage 702% damage persent and the health is 2000+ when now his damage is 982% and the health has alot now like 3000+ hmm i want to reach 1000% damage :) and i need 1 more upgrade

These things are powerful in packs of 3 or more and decent levels can take out a Rex easily with roar that increases attack

Tame Guide:

1- Stand on a big rock, the bigger the better.

2- Hit it with a bola (this stops it from pouncing on you).

3- Use tranquilliser arrows (best with crossbow, pretty easy to get to be frank)

4- Feed it meat of course and you’ll probably need only need 1 narcotic even for a high level.

5- Enjoy and keep it away from other raptors!

When taming this creature you should have some bolas meat and a club.

First bola the raptor/raptors next knock them out and give them meat and wait for them to tame

If you can manage to get a pack of ten or more they will absolutely destroy almost anything but a giga.

I say these are one of the WORST tames ever (opinion). Here is why… first you can outrun any of them if you get your speed up to 140+. Yea I know there fast but monke man with gun runs faster. Second is the weight… you can’t go anywhere unless you drop most, if not all of your equipment (unless you get it’s weight heka high). The only good thing I would say is the ability to jump on creatures and pin them down. You might not agree but as I said it’s an opinion.

So, a quick tip to take care of it is, you should give it 10 neat pieces every day, it should age faster in the amount of food you give it, if you see an alpha raptor, try and get your regular raptor to defend, it’s a little mechanic I noticed in the game, the alpha raptor won’t attack much if your raptor communicates with it well.

I literally saw the Raptor pin a Bronto. If the Raptor can pin dinos as huge as that, it has potential for PVP, although maybe it is hard to land... The core target of the Bronto is the belly, which is why it might have been possible.
