PROLOGUE:
Quartz was a quetzal who was always determined.
She always had the determined look on her face since the day she was born. She always thought no one could be the best but her. She never thought anyone could control her. Until one day...
CHAPTER 1: Unconscious
Quartz felt the warm air rub up against her beautiful silver wings. She was glad she could fly, if she couldn't, she would've been eaten by the pack of raptors below, their yellow eyes glowing and staring at her.
She looked up at the stars, seeing the blue and green Obelisk up in the sky. She went in the green Obelisk's direction.
She grew hungry minutes later. She went to the redwoods river and got a sabertooth salmon. She gobbled it up and found a nice place to rest at.

Later the next morning..
Quartz got up and flew to get a salmon to eat before continuing to travel. She devoured the fish in seconds. She was suddenly attacked by a spino and flew away.
She flew to a cliff and saw a tapejara coming toward her. A tapejara? That was unusual, she thought, staring at it. She laid down, hearing these noises. ZZT! ZZT! ZZT! ZZT...
Quartz was unconscious.
