META GAME: take one of these to Genesis Ocean biome on any island there and start farming berries with left click, it does a front kick which moves forward and can keep moving even with full weight, if you need to change facing direction just use a whip. Afterwards you can use a raft to go to Wave Ray 64 mission to transfer if you are based on another map. There you go, the actual best way to gather berries in the game.

Procoptodon is broken as breeding/imprint aid when holding juveniles/adolescents will glitch out 50 percent of the time resulting in juv/ado unable to to eat from trough and dying of starvation. I lost 2/4 Deinonychus and 1 Otter to this as of 17 Apr 2021

I have a family of four procoptodons and the speed of the first child is at 226.5% they're so fast even dismounting creatures (purlovias. microraptors, troodons) don't even have a chance of getting you off the procoptodon! i highly recommend taming these as they're the best terrastrial transporting tame, while breeding these make sure to have all the points on the speed and a little bit on the weight or health.

as a PvP player I prefer to use these guys for berry harvesting because of its jump and double kick abilities

Great mount for scorched earth. Moves fast, jumps high, the best thatch collector available in the desert, and its pouch provides insulation which can help during a heatwave or sandstorm when you have no tent. Great for going after supply drops which can contain stuff like oil pumps, chainsaws, and windmills saving you time and resources, and their good weight helps with this. However I have one problem. Why the hell doesn't it have a kick attack? Its a goddamn kangaroo! It should have a kick attack. Also it's face makes me... sad. Its so droopy and emotionless. Its supposed to be short-faced, not a depressed pug. Another addition to the TLC pass.

It’s fast, maneuverable, jumps like crazy, can hold a friend or dino, and can hold its own in fights. If you bring a strong pump action shotgun you can breeze through certain caves. Transfer it to abberation and you got one of the best form of transportation.

I'm on mobile and don't know how to pick up the baby, like so devs can help or fix.

Bring one of these guys into a cave (lvl 105+) and it can kill LIKE A BOSS. I have a lvl 105 male Procoptodon and man can he kick. So I’m yea bring one of these guys with you in a cave run.

BEST MOBILITY/WEIGHT tame for the bog on genesis. 1.Bugs do not target the kangaroo.

2. I have 1600 weight on a tamed up 150, 6K health.

3. Get rare mushrooms from chopping mushrooms in the bog

On genesis get a high level and a mining drill teleport to Volcano and run around with the drill for a fast and easy metal run.

Their new kick attack is great for farming berries. They can harvest about as much as a mammoth, have slightly higher weight, and move a lot faster. I use these to get all my cactus sap from the small cacti on scorched.

They don't have the ability to carry babies on mobile because Ark mobile devs are greedy as hell. There are so many microtransactions based on imprinting its near impossible to get a creature fully imprinted by playing fair.

I think these should do torpor damage when they kick,

or at LEAST make them able to knock the breath and energy out of you,i attacked a dilo or two and it did nothing at all besides knock them back,I want my rapper(Da baby) to be able to do SOMETHING besides kick and jump

In a pvp server this beast save me by kicking an enemy allo pack them from the top of the mountain

This is the best mount in scorched earth.

So there is os many reasons why you should tame a procoptodon

1. They are good wood gatherers and berrys too

2. They can jump really far and can escape from enemies easily one time I saw a raptor and I thought I was gonna die until my procoptodon came in like an angel and saved me.

3. They can carry babies on their pouch

Even though I’ve never tried it before I still know it’s true. Btw I kinda need help with the carrying a baby because I’m playin* on iPad and I can’t find out how to put a baby on a procoptodon pouch. Pls if anyone know pls let me know thank you!🥰👍👍

Great traveling and gathering mount. Their high speed and weight allows for efficient transportation, and their pouch lets you carry two people at once! Their high knockback kick and huge leaps make it very difficult to get swarmed.
