First method: If there are no other creatures nearby, you can use a rare flower to lure it into a large bear trap so you can trap it with 4 Billboards and knock it out. Second method: If there are other creatures nearby, follow the procoptodon until it stops, then try to build 4 billboards around it to trap it and knock it out. Wooden billboards work for this method because the procoptodon won’t try to attack you.
