How do you pick up a baby because I can't figure out

For mobile players it can be found between the vulcano and the mountain to the right. (maybe a bit lower but not to the river) very good to gather resources if you live in the vulcano as i do. (many raptors and allos there so be prepared)(I found tree in 3 min there once if u wonder)

Needed 23 it said, used 27, went away for a bit and it woke up

Shoot it in the head and let it run away from you but keep chasing it, after a little bit of time it will be calm again, shoot it and repeat. Worked for me and it's really good early game.

Rare flowers didnt work for me and my friends on mobile. Ended up trapping it on the side of a mountain though

Easy tame, here is how to do it (ark mobile exclusive)

All you need is tranq arrows, narcotics, rare mushroom (compulsory), bola

Simply bola it, give it some body hits with tranq and boom its unconscious

Then put some rare mushrooms (it doesn't eat berries, once its tamed it will)

Keep it unconscious and in 5 mins you will get a cute kangaroo :)

Saddle is a little expensive but that's it

*New best method for taming*

Use net gun. Shoot kangaroo with net. Shoot tranqs at Roo. Feed rare flowers.

Bonus*

Take to Ocean East on Genesis. Bring whip and procoptodon. Black tag on berries with secondary attack. Transfer back to your base via mission terminal.

In mobile they don’t gather berries or eat them by themselves.

These creatures are easy to tame if u have like 100 mushrooms and 30 tranqs but they are one of arks fastest dinos so ur need a trap and if u want to kill it use a crossbow and flame arrows

Pickup your argentavis go to kangaroos location pick him/her put it in a stone trap made of 9 stone foundation and 24 stone doorways (if you put ramps it will be a multi purpose trap i uae that) get your weapon with tranqs

Alright so since a lot of people are having issues taming these after they can no longer be picked up - here’s what you’ll need:

First you wanna grab some big signposts or billboards ( 3 is enough but you can bring 4)

Then walk up to one and quickly surround it with the signs

Afterwards just blast it with tranqs and feed rare shrooms.

Fun facts:

• They take reduces fall damage so jump off cliffs

• Have two mate boosted Roos and you can have a baby in the pouch (this will give you a double imprint and require less food for baby) albeit once they start growing they won’t fit in pouch

• When riding, force feed stims for poop galore

• Have someone in the pouch and use the mining drill to farm shards

It said argent can’t pick it up but I did it on mobile

So I ran up to the kangaroo with my rex, got the kangaroo stuck in my rex than quickly placed two spike walls beside it. After I got off the rex and started knocking it out. It gets really easy to do the more you do it.

The app says only able to be carried by a quetz but can be carried by an argy

Get it stuck in a rock or in your base it's hard but you can do it make sure you have some rare mushrooms
