High levels mysteriously hard to find

Find a nice high level kangaroo, walk your wyvern towards it backwards. It will get trapped in the wyvern's wings. Tranq dart it until it's unconscious and feed it mushrooms. No trap needed. Even more effective if you have a tribe mate with another wyvern.

I found one by the volcano which was weird it was the first time I saw one, just a few minutes ago weird right

I just tamed one yesterday so all I can say is either feed them the mushrooms or this weird planet X I think 🤔 seeds.

These guant ancient kangaroos have an amazing ability that if you hold down space bat or for xbox hold down the moving button you will shoot yourself with you proctodon a far distance, also a wonderful traveling animal

On mobile they’re quite rare but can be found in the mountains and redwoods

Only female mate boosted procoptodons can put babies in their pouch. So have multiple female procoptodons and one male

The only reason I have these guys is for bio toxin. If you go to the val ab cave there’s a circle of red mushrooms down by the portal rings and if you press the L2 attack (PS4) you get about 20 bio toxin per mushroom and you can run around kicking all the mushrooms and you can get about 1k bio toxin in 1 min and they respawn like bushes so by the time you’ve ran through all the mushrooms they’ve already respawned so basically infinite bio toxin. If you need rare mushrooms you can get about 3k in 1 min and about 500 rare flowers in 1 min.

Use a argy to pick it up and put it in a trap

I tame them by riding a horse and shooting it with crossbow and tranq arrows. Have only done it at lvl 20 and lvl 25 they took between 4 and 8 arrows. The kangaroo is much faster then a horse so it will get away at times. I even had that it stopped running away from me for it got so far away from me so i shot it again and the kangaroo will get knocked out even though that happens as long it does not go to long

Just found one about 10ish minutes ago and successfully knocked it out and it got stuck in the ice chunk and had to tranq it there some mantas came up and and killed and ate it I'm pissed 😔

These guys are really fast and will escape if your not prepared make sure to bring a bola or something that can stop it from moving bring lots of narcotics and bring a petrodon just in case.

Bola and knock them out :) feed rare mushrooms or plant x seeds and you should be good to go once tamed they only prefer those things I just use tranqs and they can be picked up my Argys on mobile

Tip: rare flower don’t work that well..well at least for me..so if you’re in single player doing this just pick it up by and argentiva or something and put in a trap have it 2 by 2 it will work than just punch it :3. Worked for me. (But if you can’t carry it. Than if there is a stone or something in front of it that it can’t jump over just punch it that way and it will get stuck and you keep punching it from the back until it’s unconscious.
