Pump melee and weight it rivals the best berry gatherers in the game, you can get around with ease making a berry run much quicker than with the bigger dinos with comparable yields

Where: I've found quite a few in the red woods at the base of metal mountain. You just have to look they are easy to miss.

What: you'll need some mushrooms for taming food and some narcotics bring the quantity accordingly.

When: morning is easiest to spot them. Any closer to night and they can dissappear pretty quick if you don't get them down right away.

How: you can build a 1 by 1 structure around them to keep them in place, corner them in the rocks in the mountains or (like I did) use a scorpion to stop them in thier tracks (easiest way for fast dinos since I don't really build traps).

These guys seem to be delicious because every predator wants them so be sure to protect. (Usually keep a couple dinos to call in for sentry duty)

Also quite good at harvesting berries; I'd pick one of these over a Morellatops any day.

Use a Equus and a lasso to lasso it and take it to a pen to traq it.

Not the most difficult tame but jumps around a lot, I can tell you right now that this is well worth it, collects over 1000 of each berry in three collect hops, small tribes, competes well with a bronto. Hidden gem it is

If you find this guy, TRAP. IT. You will loose it if you shoot it in the wild, this guy is FAST and will have no problem running away from you.

You can carry Jerboas in their pouch

PRIMITIVE PLUS: mushrooms will give better taming effectiveness over crops, but there are fresh crops that will tame it much faster:

- Spinach, Sorghum, Rice, Coffee, Sugar Cane, Tea, Tobacco and Lettuce.

To use the taming calculator for prim+ crops use the following settings: 0.89 Taming Multiplier, 2.5 Consumption Multiplier, and the Plant Species X Seed rates.

If raising young babies the following crops give the most heath: tomatoes then cashews.

Argy trap

Hear me out you don't always need rare flowers although they do greatly help, if your a god at speed building you can just build an Argy trap around them. Otherwise Argy trap then rare flower into said trap.

Occasionally raising babies in the pouch can bug and the babies will disappear from the pouch before hitting juvenille stage. I have been able to find them again if this happens at 50 50 on the map.

These things are very easy to knock out. Just bola it and then use tranq darts to knock it out, tranq arrows work too. WARNING! They eat Rare mushrooms and/or Plant Species X seeds so gather up a bunch and you'll be set.

Can be picked up by an argentavis on ark mobile in a solo world!

For every dino.....get the torpor more than half...but dont knock it out..after that sleep for 7hours..and walla food 0.0%😁😁🤜🤛

I was trying to tame one with berries, but then I looked at dododex and I saw how to tame it. Welp. You need plant species something to tame it. And I did not know how to get them at the time, so. Welp. Just welp.

In Mobile, i picked one up using my Argy and dropped him in a cage and tried the bear trap method which failed by the way, but nothing but shocking darts cant fix, it was a lvl 35 and i knocked it out after 5-6 hits, feeding it with rare mushrooms and boom Baby Roger is Tamed..Up Up Up

Use net projectile and use billboards to trap it, tranq it out, and rare mushroom to tame. Now go genesis and yeet a ez magma egg

I’m kinda confused because passive taming is bugging out on the genesis part 2 server, is anyone else having this problem?

When knocked out steer clear of its legs I got stuck on them and glitched myself dead.
