I recommend leading it to the shore or your raft with a fast water dino like mantas then you can use tranq darts

rip that mans itchy and if you need to get silica pearls get a plesi they’re tanks and are fast so need silica get a plesi

Leveling up the speed does make it faster on mobile, this is the fastest water tame in the game. Great for exploring the depths.

Whistle follow to megalodons and have them follow you and you now have protection

Great alternative to rafts and motorboats if you don't like getting eaten by leedsicthys, though you'll have to try to not go to megalodon infestations if it is very slow

I honestly think these guys are OP, until you actually get one. They literally double team you with every other water animal in the game😭. But once you get them (depending on the level entirely!) they are completely opposite.

Anyone else think that the plesi looks like a backwards mosa. Its neck and head makes it look like the mosas tale and its tale looks like the mosas head. Like the bronto that was only a misplaced brachiosaurus neck and tale, this is why the brontosaurus is not an actual dino

The only reason why the slower when their team is because you’re ridding on it and you are heavy and it has us a 20 pound saddle so I understand that it’s gonna be slow common sense

Has anyone thought to put auto turrets on its platform saddle. You don’t need megalodon guardians anymore.

I don’t agree that it’s just a worse Mosa. I think these guys are underrated. I use one to wipe out mantas in a couple hits when I want to tame a basil, or just to clear out an area, because it wipes out groups of megs just as easily. The trick is to stay above things (aggro everything and go up), stay still, and spam left click. All gone. Plus, staying above things means you can quite easily protect whatever is on the platform.

They are the fastest sea creature if you want to level speed, but if not sharks will almost keep up, giving you an ocean caravan and a perfect alpha hunting pack.
