A very good mule and mount, and an essential part of your navy. It is extremely fast with very good HP and weight. Decent melee and huge AOE on their attack makes them great against groups of mantas/sharks. I would focus on levelling hp and weight, with some melee, and if you are mounting it, sharks can sorta keep up with you as escorts. Good way to hunt alphas.

Tip: If you're struggling to hit your target, trust the AOE; stop moving and spam left click. You will want to be slightly above everything. Everything, sharks, dolphins, mantas, will immediately die, but you will also tank their hits beforehand.

Why do people keep calling this a bronto?? this guy is fast very fast.

I’ve often found on the island that around 2 spawn off the south-east coast of herbivore island.

They do a lot of damage but they’re not that fast

But heck, they’re big

Cam someone pls tell me where these things spawn. Or something that I can use as a water platform other than the raft. Pls. I need some form of water transport with a platform on it. Like bronto. I found that the saddle does allow platforms. But I dunno where they spawn on the island as it's my main map I played so far.

Good base health, can take almost anything underwater at low levels, great speed for escaping and pursuing, useful for gathering Angler Gel and killing Euryptids on ocean floor. Also has a platform saddle for base building. Just remember to offload the heaping amounts of raw fish it will accumulate

Trap it one of the sea air pockets were you can get crystals

Knock out with tranq arrow on a sarco make sure to separate from any other ones or else u die

Build a house on the platform.. then you have underwater home!!!!!!!!

Try not to go too close, their will be many regrets.

How to tame on mobile

Optional: Get soothing balm. It’ll make taming go a lot quicker, but it’s not necessary.

Step 1: Get crossbow, tranq/toxicant arrows and narcotics/biotoxin.

Step 2: Ride a basilo and find a plesiosaur.

Step 3: Get plesiosaur to chase you until it reaches depth limit and stops. Continue to surface and kill any eels/megs that may’ve followed you.

Step 4: Dismount basilo and shoot plesiosaur until unconscious. You should be able to shoot it without going too deep.

Step 5: Feed that sucker meat and narcotics until it loves you

Congrats, you have a plesiosaur. Enjoy

I found this guy while riding on my mega I was shooting tranquilizer arrows at two more of these things freaking jumped me!I was like where the heck did they come from!they killed my mega I thought I was gonna get another good tame and till this day their still there I never even went into the water after that I'm basically waiting till they despawn which I bet will never happen unless I kill them myself

I used an itchy to tame thus sinve nothing agros it unless you hit it and its OP, if you get a good crossbiw and a fast icthy its easy and a good method.

This is my favorite underwater mount it's fast deadly and has decent weight 2-3 make 4 a rely good squad 2 kill anything underwater they are better than a mosa if u have 3

Hey, im trying to tame one of these. I have 4 stone gateways and a couple of reinforced wood gates along the way. Im on mobile btw. I found a low lvl pair near herbivore island, one is lvl 8 and one is lvl 3. Im going to be taming the lvl 3, because it doesn't need as much rex kibble. I'll kill the lvl 8. Anyway, is 4 stone gates and 4 gateways enough? Should I put a roof on top? I don't really care about the pleasiosaur escaping, I just don't want it to get killed. Plz leave a tip if there's something I can do better or change. -Very confused survivor.

There is a glitch where if you aggro a group of Ples, they will spawn new Ples as well. I went farming for a high level one, ended up having 30 in 1 area that I just had cleared out.

I recommend leading it to the shore or your raft with a fast water dino like mantas then you can use tranq darts

Ok sooo The way i tamed This Beast Is Pretty simple

I Just Killed one Take away its Green Triangle Thing

And Basically Revive It In water i There's also Kind of like a Bug That When You Revive Them They kinda Just stuck and Doesn't really Move so I just knocked It Out With my Longneck

Its Level 157

Also The Bug is only in Mobile i think
