Ok so, I'm probably assuming most of you that are new to Ark. Well here are my recommendations and tips for Parasaurs. You can't just walk up to a Parasaur level 1 and start beating on it. That is a big NONO!!! My tip is actually rather unique that I've experienced. I increased my movement speed until I was about level 10 to 15 then start tranquilizing on the Para. Or you can build simple wooden traps to start and begin with. Finally my last recommendation is ironic but beat on it with fists with a high movement speed. Also don't forget to feed the Para Narcoberries and good luck with surviving:)

You can take it with a bola , they are pretty fast but if you trap it between a rock you can tame it with berries. You can also ride this animal

First tame trike to collect FAR TOO MANY berries then get bola that’s it

My first tame just bola it and hit it with a club, then just feed it some berrys.

Steal one of there eggs then it won’t run when you shoot it making it easier to tranq

His name was Polaris. He was fearless and loyal. One day, close to evening we ran into Tryke stuck between two trees. I saw an opportunity to tame him. I approached the tangled beast from the opposite direction I had left Polaris. Thinking I had the advantage I began to attempt my attack with my club. The Tryke was strong enough to break the trees and attacked back. At 34th level I was no match for the raging horns. All of a sudden I heard the horn-like war cry of Polaris as he engaged the rampaging Tryke. Polaris knowing he was outmatched turned and fled leading the Tryke away from me. In panic I whistled for Polaris to return to me. BIG MISTAKE! In obedience Polaris stopped to return but he could not escape the charge of the pursuing Tryke, which he easily was out running. I had killed my loyal companion by calling him back. Had I let him go he would have easily outrun the Tryke and I would have found him later.

So late game these are useless, but if they’re tech then you just breed them with one male and like 20 females, being auto killed by something with good harvesting and boom

You never need to get metal or oil again

Electronics and element dust are added bonus

This is an easy tip for beginners on how to tame a Parasaur. Parasaurs spawn commonly on beaches and jungles, Parasaurs also like mejoberries. First you should craft a bola, once that's done find a nice level Parasaur knock it out with a club and give it the mejoberries. Then craft a parasaur saddle it's unlocked at level 10. I will make more tips this is my first one!

How to tame a Parasaur:

1. Craft 1-3 bolas and a bat or bow with tranq arrows

2. Find a Parasaur

3. Bola it

4. Knock it out with bat or tranqs

5. Feed it berries of sorts (preferably mejoberries)

6. Wait for it to tame (Don’t forget about it’s unconsciousness

7. You tamed it!!! If you want, you can craft a Parasaur saddle to ride it around and collect materials.

Get a saddle and harvest some wood and thatch it absolutely amazing to harvest wood and thatch

2.find one

3.use the bola to subdue it

4.knock it out with bat

5.feed berries

6.get a saddle

7.u now have a parasaur to ride and love

These dinosaurs are completely useless they're good for farming narcoberries just attack the bush

Paint your third gen nxgga green then name it yoshi paint it’s saddle red put it on go to alpha tribe kill leader and run for life then get on 14th gen Rex kill alphas titan. Btw alpha tribes titans always have small tits so it’s harder to kill them that way. Just nip at their balls to scare them and the titan will rock the leader off get enraged then kill it all of their Dino’s and destroy their base then u get off take it down to 1000 hp use rocket launcher and slide underneath the tititan last second and put a bomb up its asshole. (Did this when I was nine years old had it all on video still watch it all the time,over and over lol)

Was basically replaced by the Iguanodon but much easier yo find, so bssically nothing changed.

GREAT FOR LOW LEVEL PLAYERS:

Best first tame. Though it doesn't seem strong when knocking out it's actually pretty strong for fighting when your low level.

Don't try to knock out without a bola, it will just run away. Bola its legs and knock it out with a wooden club. Then give it a bunch of narcoberries ( to keep it asleep ) and whatever other berries you have ( except stimberries)
