When I started the game, I thought dinos changed colours when they levelled up. THANK GOD THEY DON’T. So I’m so happy!!!

Taming Parasaur

1 find one on the beach

2 shoot it with a bola

3 the bola keeps the Parasaur still so attack it until it says unconscious put food in inventory to tame

4 give it berries as the thing line reaches 100

I tamed this in a forest! It took quite long though.

Took 1 tranq arrow to knock out

Very useful for harvesting wood and berries, I have one named Delta and she was one of my first animals in the game,

He is super fast I could not catch him

They are running around everywhere on the island you just have to walk around a while and you will find one

for the beginners: you need a bola to catch them and then you can knock it out and feed it with berries (put the berries in their inventory). when you are on level 10 you can craft a saddle

i'm on level 43 and still got an army of these 'cause they are very helpful

So these are easy to tame, the purple berry's. So good first Dino but mine was easily killed (level 12). So get a higher level. STAY AWAY FROM RAPTORS WITH THESE- also they are good with carrying items in their inventory! I hope this helped <3

A bola alaways works so try that

If you don't have a bola on you you want to push them towards a cliff wall

Great starter. You can use this to increase your narcoberry gathering rate. This can quickly lead to bigger and better dinos. This is much more effective than trying to go three gardening route when first starting.

A club is best just hold attack and it should be out by the time it’s done trumpeting

1 or 2 of these and a decent turtle can kill lower level alpha rapport if done right!

Surprisingly underrated. If you work together with a player on a raptor, you can kill things neither of you could alone.

Just bola it and knock it with anything you have. Even fists work for low levels. I recommend this to be your first tame because it can carry a lot of weight for you and is a good defender from little threats.

The ammount of narc berries needed are wrong. Just had one stand up on me using exactly what was said to be needed.

Very easy to find, easy to tame, get the saddle at level 9, so first ride collects just as good as trike if you up Meele Damage and moves much faster than trike. Good idea to tame if you are new/noob to Ark.

You want to try to bola them they are very fast and will run away. After that you can use your slingshot or bat.
