They can be strong but if you have a lvl 1000000000 wild the run to lvl 1 dilo so there weak in the wild be careful of dilos when taming but when tamed it can kill lower lvl Dilos. Max lvl is 150 if your on switch like me up if useful and up so new players know to use bolas when taming hope the following helps

When your lvl 8 you can get a bola and club made

Find your target para (for beginners I recommend lvl 5-70)

Bola that target para

Club it out till it’s asleep or unconscious

Feed crops or berries if berries I recommend mejoberries

Kill dodos or easy kills for hide to make saddle when tamed now you have a para have fun they are useful at the beginning of the game to get berries or narc berries and from the dodos you have meat that can spoil so with that and narco berries to have narcotics. Enjoy

You just chase it into a rock...then just keep punching it until he or she gets knowcked out then put in as many berries as possible and then after you take it you need to name him perry potter

If your a bigginer get it against a big rock or tree or wall and wack it with a club don’t let it run around the object and hit it while you still can then feed it berries when it’s unconscious or use bola if you have it. Trust me I did this 3 times myself and with my friend

If you have a raft base, these guys are really useful for making sure a landing area is safe. They’re literally sonar machines

If you dont feel like chasing it I recommend a raptor

This is a quite handy Dino for the first few days of being a survivor. You have to craft a Bola. Then craft about three woodclubes.

1. Hit the Parasaur with the Bola so it can't run away.

2. Take the woodenclubes and hit it on it's head. (You have to do it quickly because you only have a short time)

Ways how to tame a para first make sure there aren't carnivores around then make it run into wall because it faster than normal people it will just not move because it will be in wall then make sure you have alot of berries because they take alot then knock them out and put berries in inventory they take any berries so then wait patiently because carnivores might spawn wait patiently because it takes alot of time in taming process

Why do I need Parasaur?

He is fast, faster than you, so it helps you a lot.

How to tame one?

1. Craft club or slingshot

2. Craft bola

3. Gather narcoberries and mejoberries

4. Find Parasaur

5. Throw bola at it

6. Use bola or slingshot to knock it out

7. When it's down, feed it narcoberries(to not wake up) and mejoberries(to feed it)

8. BOOM now you have a parasaur

Not a tip but it would be nice to see some breeding tips, so if someone has one please up it so others could see.

They are pretty easy to tame just use a hatchet to get ridd of some hp and use a club to knock it out. I thought they would be harder to tame.

Use a bola so it stops running away. Then you can easily knock it out. After that just put a bunch of berries in it and it is a pretty fast tame so you don't need to wait very long.

They can be your best friend when it comes to building your house, or they can be your brave and loyal steed running into a battle without second thought, to save your life!

Its One of the best dinosaurus at the starting of the game. Its not hard to tame It,its fast also in water and its a Little strong

decently good for an early game travel mount. pretty much it's only use outside of turret mode.
