Their chemical spray CAN hide you from wyverns and rock drakes as long as you don’t have one of their eggs in your or the pachyrinosaurs inventory.

Are somewhat hard to find

These guys have the ability to release the rare flower pheromone, aggroing all the dinos around it. According to Helena Walker, they have a diet of rare flowers.

When on mobile version, be aware of which attack is for the passive gas and the “aggressive gas when in danger (especially with raptors, troodons, allosaurus, etc)

If found in a very dangerous area and you have a raft, wait for them to go int the water, have it crawl on your raft and swim to a safer place, won’t work all the time but I did this with a lot of dinos and went to herbivore island (where I live) I’m on ark mobile so I’m not 109% sure if it works with conical.

It seems that their calming mist decreases taming dino’s food by a small amount. Try using this while taming.

Tamed a pair! At the Edge of Lower South Cave Island, close to Swamp. Can also tame Ankys there. T_T Saw a high lvl & I just tamed a low lvl at herbivore so I was furious! 😂 My base is at lower south cave, only a walks away but I was taming Pachyrhinos and there torpor drop fast! So I jus watched angrily as it walked around, punching the air. Female, almost max lvl >:C Arks Been Messing With Me! Playing on Hard Casual xD it’s amazing!!

I recommend that if u use this to soak to have 2 soaking at the same time and breed them a lot of time before they go to the battlefield incase they die

On mobile when they constantly mist the purple mist and you’ve been loading them up with tranqs that means they’re converting your poison into gas. It only takes your stam off entirely if your close enough which means some of its chemicals go in too. This takes off all the torpor you’ve done to it and every bit of damage you’ve done there was useless. Use extremely powerful tranquilizers in one period before it gases it out.
