On Val look in the snow where the broken down structure is at 15.6 lat and 78.2 long ( I been finding a lot in this area and around that mountain next to it and on it.
Don’t try to pick it up with a Rhynio, it’ll attack and knock you off almost immediately

I see on official on valguero near the ice wyvern pit. Very strong made a giant snow ball and also chucks ice spears and very deadly. Level 135 killed my pt in seconds and I’m about to take a pyromane to see how hard it is to kill
For some stupid reason spawns in south tundra starter zone
