Just solo tamed one in 2 rounds with a 600%+ sniper rifle. First round is easy if you manage to have the 2 round done without getting damage on the reincarnate creature you can tame it on 3x taming. (3rd round the vultures need 2 shots from the sniper) If yours is low in food (0!) like mine get some plant pots and fill them with plants with the shovel to feed the Oasisaur.
